Helping us find a property they were lovely. But anything after that has been an awful experience. They don't reply, made us responsible for sorting out white goods (when should've been replaced before we moved in) and then suggested taking cost of the next month's rent, which we did only to get sent letters saying we owe them rent money... The property was not ready for us when we moved in, making us responsible for contacting the contractor to get everything fixed and finished. The property was not properly cleaned beforehand, the showerhead had so much build up we just ended up replacing it ourselves. The fan grill in the kitchen is cakes in grease and was obviously not cleaned. Honestly had a complete nightmare trying to talk to them to get things sorted.

Very happy with Sophia @ haart. Needed to find a flat to stay for a few years near the Uni, so we went to most of the agencies on Epsom Road. Had to get a house in a hurry and couldn't really have an delays. We looked at a few houses, and Haart were by far the best. Emily (our agent) knew the fact and figures by heart and was more than happy to answer questions + e-mails + whatever else we needed, and was more than patient when we were thinking about it. There was clear communication throughout, nothing needed repeating and there were full updates available. I've rented all over the country and this was by far the easiest and painless house hunting move in that I could have ever asked for.
