Recommendation of Haart Property Management Guildford Myself and my husband have recently rented a property via the Haart property management office in Guildford. We have to praise them on their professionalism and the ease of service we experienced. We have recently moved to the area and from our first contact with them they have been delightful to deal with. It was easy to book appointments to see properties and nothing was too much trouble. They were also quick in getting answers back regarding any requests or questions that we had. They are very well organised and diligent in their approach. Filling in the paperwork and making the payments was also easy to do and every aspect of the process was explained. It was by far the easiest property process that I have been through. I am impressed with everyone I have had dealings with Haart Property Management Guildfords their enthusiasm and communication skills are second to none. I have found everyone in the office to be reliable, dedicated, and eternally upbeat. They have an outstanding level of service, and follow-through on any queries that I have had. I have used rental agents myself in the past and being a landlord myself I am equally impressed with the care they take over the landlord’s property. Any work that has been carried out by workman/third parties is also completed promptly and with the least amount of disruption. The workman also clean up after themselves and arrive at the agreed times. The office is very happy and welcoming, and I have yet to have anything but a warm and smiling welcome. Just want to say a BIG thank you to Nikki, Lejla, Victoria, Emily and the rest of the team.

Emily has been really helpful in assisting us on our move. She has been is still very reponsive to any queries or concerns that we have, and does her best to resolve the issue as quickly as she can. We have bumps along the road in regards to our move but knowing that she is there for us to call makes us feel more secure. All the other agents that I’ve encountered on the phone has been lovely as well.

JJ from the agency Haart (Guildford) is the best! After a whole month of searching for a new home for my family, I finally met him. He is polite, pleasant, responsive, and insightful. Most importantly, he reacts immediately to requests and quickly arranges viewings. It’s so frustrating when others can’t do that, constantly switching between calls and promising to call back. It creates confusion and anxiety. JJ pleasantly surprised me by being different; he adapts to the client rather than the other way around! I’m sure he has a bright future ahead. This is the first time I have used an Estate Agent and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Emily for making my rental process smooth and being extremely helpful. The property manager Callum-Kai is not so professional on the other hand. He emailed me saying my rental payment is overdue and my landlord may take legal action for the outstanding sum but in fact I have already paid 6 months rent in advance. However, overall, I am really satisfied and impressed with the extraordinary service Emily provided. Cannot say thank you enough to Emily and really appreciate her help.

After being made aware that we had to move house suddenly and in a very short space of time, we were dealt with by Emily from Haart. Emily gave the epitome of excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish of this move and any issue was dealt with friendliness and professionalism! Easily the smoothest and well handled move that myself or my partner have ever had to deal with and even managed to get new carpet laid after an issue was raised from my partner. Really uncourteous service by the letting agent. We viewed a property in the first viewing session, with one other family. Agent told us that she'll call the next day to know our answer, to which i assumed that we are not supposed to reach out from our end and this is their default process. I had to call twice to finally speak to her the next day, and to be told that the other offer was accepted (within 24 hrs of viewing). Given that we were the only other viewers, I expected a 1 minute courtesy call about the decision.

Outstanding service from the first time I picked up the phone to Emily 6 months ago when I was just considering various rental options all the way through to tenants our property 3 days after we put it on the market at the asking price.
