What can I say about Christina Steer of the haart estate and lettings agents Guildford Team? She is not only a great human being, but has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding. I have never rented a property in UK before and I admit that I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Christina was there every step of the way, giving me honest advise and direction. I would be hard pressed to ever recommend anyone other than Christina Steer and team. Thanks for all you have done for me. I am extremely happy.

Victoria and Melis from Haart Estate Agent Guildford has been excellent. Both been professional throughout. They listened and acted to suggestions as well as providing advice and support. The real unique difference to other agents is they was always available working well beyond office hours as they really puts her hearts and soul into this business. Nuvin Nankoo, Cyrstal Palace and Guildford branches. Tracey and I cannot praise Nuvin highly enough for his tenacity and grim determination in completing the sale of our property. There were many occasions, when we thought the sale would never complete, but he surmounted each and every issue with a professional and encouraging approach. Indeed, the sale took so long to complete, ( the buyers had an undisclosed property to sell ) he moved offices during this time, but seamlessly from our perspective. Well, we've all had our frustrations with letting agents, their fault or not, we've all had a good moan. That said, when it really came to Georgina and Haart Lettings Guildford really stepped up for me when it mattered. And I will always be grateful to that late Friday afternoon conversation she had with me. She listened to my concerns, understood my situation and raised it with the right members of her team. Thank you George. I didn't speak to her for another 3/4 weeks and when I did speak to her, the first thing she said was 'I've seen all the emails, I know what's happening'. Who doesn't want to here that, great job! Again, she listened, she understood and she confirmed the actions she could and would take. I'm so grateful to George. My situation/complaint was complicated and ever evolving. Thank you to everyone in that team that stuck by me, had patience and took action when required. It wasn't easy, painful on many occasions but we are getting there and I'm so grateful. Those involved were: Vicky, Nikki and Oli.

Further to the below, I would just like to add an update following a break down of my boiler. Understanding it was mid Winter and super cold the amazing Nikki went above and beyond to get a plumber to me and resolved the issue immediately. It certainly is reassuring to know that if anything is needed a supportive team is just at the end of the phone! In fact, if I move, this is a huge factor in the decision that I hope to eventually find my next property with this agency! _________________________________________________________________ I have moved many, many times and I can say with confidence that my experience with Haart has been the best to date. From my initial viewing with Emily to moving in the service they provide was exemplary. Emily was particularly helpful, tactful, friendly and efficient. Further to that Nikki was really supportive when I had a couple of issues upon moving in. Including coming round personally to have a quick look so I wouldn't be charged if it was a simple problem through to improving building security by contacting the building management team on my behalf to have the lock replaced. AMENDED FEB 2021 - I wanted to add to this review that the care from Nikki and the team at Haart I have received during my tenancy has been brilliant. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure tenants are looked after and any problems resolved swiftly and with kindness and compassion. I could not recommend them more highly! First class
