TrustpilotLiars with no sense of accountability
These estate agents downright lied to us before moving in about what came with the flat and throughout continued to lie about the interactions we had. Their complaints process is as useless as they are and I'm convinced is completely biased towards the estate agents. They are criminal - do not go anywhere near.

GoogleWe primarily dealt with Mos, Amir and Nigel. Couldn't be happier with the service received from the entire branch. On this occasion we were the buyer. In the future should we sell I can't imagine looking beyond this branch to facilitate the sale.

Thanks to their amazing manager, Benjamin, and the ever-helpful Rosie, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. To top it all off, I even received a lovely welcome gift! GLORIA

GoogleMy brother and I decided to sell our late parents home, a huge decision for both of us to make as it had been our family home for 30+ years. Martin our agent really understood how sensitive this process was and was so respectful yet professional about the sale. The house was put on the market and within 3 months we completed. This company in Farnham has let our property for many years. Unfortunately now they seem to be complacent and we have to chase them for property checks to be carried out as per our contact. Once they finally did the check we are still waiting 3 weeks later for their findings. Also we have rung them throughout the day and left messages in their phone but they never bother to ring us back. They seem to have lost interest and we are rapidly losing patience.We would not recommend this branch of the company.

Have just purchased a flat through Gascoigne Pees Redhill branch and can not fault at all Daniel Beckson, he went way and beyond with this sale and I can highly recommend him. A great asset to Gascoigne Pees. Also Janene Haynes was very helpful too.

GoogleThe viewing was fine, but the whole process to get into the new flat is being very painful. They asked me to change the move in day, I couldn't get new pictures or measurement of the walls considering fireplace and others. Now that I'm 1 day away from moving in they asked to change the time 3 times. Honestly a very disappointing experience. Hopefully I can get into the flat.
