This was not only my first time dealing with Gascoigne Pees, but also my first time ever renting and I was fortunate to be Lewis’ first ever letting. A first for both of us! What can I say about Lewis? What an exceptionally kind, caring and all-round decent guy - funny, honest and passionate about his job. He navigated not only one of the personally hardest and scariest times for me with the upmost kindness and professionalism. It was like dealing with a friend, which is how it should feel during what can be considered a taxing experience for most. Considering Lewis was relatively new and didn’t have some information at hand, he is fortunate to be surrounded by an experienced, knowledgeable and equally caring team, including the amazing Jack, he was always able to find the answer out for me quickly. I have no doubt that as his own experience and knowledge continues to grow, Lewis’ career is going to thrive and shine. As a customer service manager myself, I recognise when somebody is a natural and Lewis just is. When somebody has the ability to make a sometimes stressful situation light, and inject humour, it makes all the difference. I recently purchased a property in Hampshire, and Madison Sellers was instrumental in initiating the process. Upon expressing interest, Madison promptly contacted me. I informed her of my upcoming unavailability for a month, which she duly noted, reaching out to me after the specified period. Throughout the viewing process, I had to reschedule appointments multiple times and was tardy on occasion. It has been a pleasure for me to work with the staff at Gascoigne -Pees Sales and Letting Agents in Guildford. Agents have been very professional, helpful and friendly. Martin has gone beyond and above to accommodate me and get viewings arranged on my convenience. I live in London and with full time job and other commitments, it has not been easy for me to travel for viewings, but Martin had always tried his best and manged to get me in. In my experience it has not been as good with other agencies as many are not flexible and do not try to help people but stick to their slots and do not want to come back if they had already been to the house with someone else earlier.
