GoogleWe received consistently excellent, honest service from James Hughes at Foxton's. We ended up buying through another agent in a different area (purely because the properties we saw through Foxtons weren't quite right for us), but James was probably the best agent we dealt with. And we dealt with them all!

GoogleIt hasn't been a week since we moved to England. The real estate agents we entered only took our number and said we will call you. We met Bradley Golshahi at Foxtons Guildford. He is an incredibly kind and funny guy. He took care of us and after 2 hours we made an offer for a house as we wanted. I'm writing this review right now from our new home. A huge thanks first to Bradley and then to Foxtons Guildford for their help.

GoogleLandlord beware. This company is not serious in letting your property by passing off opportunities. As a prospective tenant who is looking for a £4000-£5000/mo rental, this company failed to respond to multiple requests for viewing. When they came back to me a few weeks later, they asked if I am still interested and I said yes. They took some details but then went missing again with no follow up whatsoever. I start to think that this is a scam. Those landlords probably got scammed without knowing.

GoogleExchanged today! Ryan Brahim and Christian Dickson have been absolutely brilliant. I had an awful 5 month long experience with 'Premier' Property Lawyers and the deal would have fallen through had it not been for the delligence and efficiency of Foxtons. Always there for support or advice whenever I needed it and as a first time buyer I have learned so much from them. I used to think agents were similar to used car salesmen but the genuine, sincere care and support shown by Ryan and Christian during a very stressful time has completely changed my mind. They would both work long hours well into the evening and on an unrelated sale with my mother's home, even politely listen to her babble on about random things for an hour at 7pm long after their office closed. Foxtons regularly won't above and beyond to facilitate the sale but also to ensure the welfare of the buyer/vendor. The integrity and high morale standards of Foxtons raises them above all the competition in Guildford. I can't imagine using another agent and I encourage anyone reading this to use them. GoogleI had a great time dealing with Foxtons and looking for properties. Coming from abroad, it was kind of tricky to find a new place to live. So I saved some properties, got in touch, made appointments, came to England & finally had some great viewings. The crew is friendly, highly professional, communication amazing, had a lovely time and always felt cared for. My agent Margot booked me in, she immediately found something suitable.

Googlethere are millions of things to consider when you move from one country to another, if you have children and pets, it could be even more difficult to secure a location. Louie and Dan from Foxtons Guildford being super patient and listen to our request, come back to us with varies proposal and most importantly response and action fast on follow up. Couldn't ask for more and working with Louie and Dan makes our experience much smoother, highly recommended!

From our very first interactions arranging a valuation, right through to completion on the sale of my property, communication was brilliant and I really benefited from their expert advice and the incredible support they provided me. Throughout the process I never once felt like I was one of many vendors they were working with - they always made time for me, kept me up to date, managed expectations effectively and helped negotiate some tricky circumstances along the way. GoogleAs a University student, my housemates and I received top tier help, advice and guidance from Katie and Louis at Foxtons, Guilford. Finding a house for students to rent is a very tedious process when there are so many students looking for housing in the area. We were dealing with extremely professional agents, Katie and Louis, who took our needs and wants into consideration and we are very greatfull for all their help. My overall experience with Foxtons was very enjoyable. They are super friendly, professional and were very clear when they explained the whole process of house hunting and provided a very personal experience also when we went to house viewings. GoogleBig scammers. George Rose from Foxtons Guildford branch promised us about a lot of items to be included in the inventory but nothing was delivered as per the discussed things. He scammed us and then we individually had to pay to get the fittings done after moving. Never go to Foxtons, especially international students, be very careful with these scammers.
