GoogleGreat service in the beginning but by the time you sign the contract they do not care at all about you and your issues with the property. They just want to receive the rents and satisfy the landlords. Also along with the landlords they combine forces to keep and not return your deposit. Be careful

GoogleWe have been very happy with our rental property. When we started looking at properties for rent, and after various months of searching, Foxtons was the only letting agency that looked at our particular needs and offered a house that matched them. Tim Pacey, in particular, provided excellent advice and service, and he and his team were very helpful in accommodating to our schedules to show us the properties.

GoogleI could not recommend Michael highly enough, kept in touch even when there was no news or even bad news. Foxtons might not be the cheapest but you pay for what you get in the service and getting that sale.

GoogleI have been renting my property with Foxtons for many years now. I deal with Tim Pacey at the Guildford branch and he never lets me down in finding tenants. He always gets back to me when I email and in a very professional manner. I think that when you rent out a property you need a professional and reliable estate agent such as Foxtons in order to ensure that your rental property stays occupied for the majority of time.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a first time landlord I looked at a few estate agents to come and view the property. Tim out shone all the others with his professionalism and enthusiasm for my house. He managed his Guildford team excellently and the viewings soon started to occur and within a month the property was let out. Tim gave excellent correspondence and advice throughout the whole experience and I would recommend you give him and the Guildford Foxtons team the opportunity to do the same for you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCraig Brant at Foxtons has been an absolute star during the selling process of my flat. Always responded to my emails or called me back if I phoned and he was busy. He has made the whole process easy and stress free - I cannot recommend highly enough; a thoroughly professional and knowledgeable member of the Foxton team. Friendly, reliable and with a great sense of humour.

GoogleHad the best experience with Foxtons, especially with Margot Redpath. I have contacted almost all agencies possible in the Guildford area, and the level of service and professionalism Margot has, is exceptional. She has been the most helpful in the whole process, and takes into consideration all things that a tenant needs.

GoogleWe just moved to this country. We found a house to rent in a very short time. We are grateful to Bradley Golshahi, who answered all of our questions completely, showed the most beautiful houses with care and supported us in all our processes during this process of looking for a house. If we have a further process, the first person and place we will contact.

GoogleI was lucky enough to work with George on finding a rental property in Guildford. He was very responsive and listened to my needs and requests, and was very easy to work with, not to mention charming and easy to talk to! The whole process was made very easy. If I ever need an estate agent, I would definitely reach out to George and Foxtons again!

GoogleOur agent was George Rose. He was really considerate and friendly, attentive to all our wishes. In the end, he offered us a flat we moved into. It is close to the train station and the best option we saw at that moment. Plus we didn't have to wait for other candidates' queue. We could make an offer and pay the deposit right away, that's awesome!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
