GoogleWasn't familiar with Cavender Lettings Agents but am so glad I took a chance and went with a company I was unfamiliar with. Outside of the lettings world, I would certainly not recommend going with a lesser known company but in this instance I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been nothing but pleased with the service and professionalism shown by everyone in the Guildford office. I want to mention, in particular, David who was personable, knowledgeable and professional during the first visit and has continued, with Matt to be exceptional flag bearers for the Cavender brand. Wishing you every success in the future and have no hesitation in giving the business a deserving 5 stars.

GoogleFirst class service. Out of all the agents I registered with in Guildford Cavender's were able to quickly find a property which exactly suited my needs and the whole transaction went through seamlessly. Cavender's also act as managing agents to the property and respond promptly to any issues.

Appalling estate agents. Patronising and aggressive when I called them out on a dangerous property they had been letting for years. It was flagged as having a variety of non safety compliant issues and when I raised them they became aggressive. Absolutely avoid.
