GoogleExcellent communicaion skills are essential if you live abroad like me. Cavender Lettings, Jamie (female), Matt and David have done a superb job. I know that I have great tenants and that any repairs/legal requirements are dealt with promptly and cost effectively.

She is enthusiastic, honest, kind, patient, diligent, and flexible. She is attentive without being pushy and will go the extra mile to find the appropriate property. In my experience, she is the best real estate agent I have ever encountered and I highly recommend her, without any hesitation.

GoogleThe agent has great bias against foreign people like me.
We are sorry to receive your negative review although i cannot find any details for you on our database. However, to clarify, we work with a huge number of people from overseas. Our high standards of customer service remain the same with whoever we deal with, wherever they are from. We also have members of staff that are originally from overseas. GoogleThis is the worst money grabbing estate agents. The attitude changes completely once money was handed over and was a constant stuggle trying to contact jamie as he would ignore calls and not ring back.
