GoogleThe main reason I chose Cavender to market my property was that they are a family business. They are professional and personable. Emilio, the Senior Negotiator, was charming. He understood my brief and was able to communicate with me effectively. However, there were errors in the agreement which I had to point out for correction. Property details also needed correction. As I'm paying for the service, such errors should not have been. That said, I would still choose Cavender again as both Matt and Emilio are professional and willing to do their best for the client.

GoogleDaniella Rodrigues-Assistant Manager When I viewed the house at 7, Springside court, some months ago, I was pleased because at least, the flat looked decent and clean. Surely, it would provide a similar and relative comfort that I have been enjoying in my present accommodation. Much later, however, the strict letting policy and stringent requirements for guarantor and initial deposit- perhaps, to provide a maximum security for landlords scared me. All my antics and tactics to full out of the contract was blocked by carefully responding to my demands with all sense of reasoning and professionalism. Eventually and reluctantly I agreed to remain a tenant at least for the next 12 months. Thus, I must give the credit to Daniella for ensuring that I remain a client of Cavender.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant with Cavender for over 5 years now, and in all honesty I cannot fault anything they do. I’ve never had any issues with the landlord or with the agency and whenever there’s a problem, it’s been dealt with swiftly and promptly. Special mention for Sarah and Jamie-Lee who’ve been great any time anything’s gone wrong. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a property to rent or have their property rented out
