We have recently sold and bought a house through Carman Friend and couldn't recommend Sami Carman more. She's extremely proactive, ensuring the next steps are clear to everyone involved, and highly responsive. We didn't have to chase her as is so often the way with these things. Sami got a chain of deals over the line during testing times and we don't think it would have happened without her on board. She's brilliant.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The team were very efficient, always helpful with advice and recomendations regarding the purchase. They were very quick to respond to any quieries and questions we had. Emma was our main point of contact, and she was truly exceptional. I highly recommend using Carman Friends Estate Agents, really can't praise them enough.

Carman Friend sold our house for us and we couldn’t have wished for better estate agents! They were perfect from start to finish, their service was exceptional pre and post sale, we sold within a couple of weeks and achieved the asking price. I wouldn’t even consider using another agent when we come to sell again! A huge thank you to Gareth, Sami and the team!

Thanks to Gareth and the team at Carman Friend, Estate Agents in Chester who have made the sale of our property as painless as possible through difficult times with 2 lockdowns in England and Wales during 2020 resulting in market uncertainty. The vetting of potential clients has been excellent with positive interest from all who viewed our property I would highly recommend Carman Friend Max Mines. GresfordPositiveProfessionalism

We’ve just bought through Carman Friend (having sold with them very quickly at a great price last year). This time, we were in a lengthy chain with a couple of false starts but Gareth & Jayne were brilliant at chasing up and down the chain to make it all happen (far superior to the agent we were selling through and paying!) It just goes to show what a professional and efficient agent Carman Friend are as well as really nice people to deal with. When we eventually sell again, we know exactly who to call.

My experience was really positve. When the conveyancer was dragging their feet the people at Carman and Friend fought my corner and were constantly sending emails to organise an exchange date and keep the process moving. Very happy.

We recently had to move our Dad from his much loved home and Carman Friend were the agents selling the property Dad moved into. Due to their expert help and communication acquiring this property, we trusted the sale of Dad's home with Carman Friend. A complete stress free experience from start to finish! I was often late replying to their updates due to looking after my poorly Dad, both Emma and Sami were understanding, patient and just got on with everything. Excellent service, lovely warm manner with professional expertise, will recommend them to everyone needing first class estate agents!

Look no further than these amazing, hardworking and dedicated people. We were absolutely blown away by the effort they put in, to not only sell our house, almost immediately, at a great price but then follow up all the way through the process in such an efficient, friendly and positive way. They try and take as much stress away from their customers as they can. Thank you all for being absolutely amazing people. You deserve so much success for your tireless efforts. Jim & Bev xx

I could not recommend CarmenFriend highly enough. From start to finish everything felt so personal from initially meeting Gareth at our property we instantly felt like we were dealing with an old friend and knew that this was the right company for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Jayne and Gareth were always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. We were kept updated with the sale process regularly and the communication was excellent. It made the whole process stress free for ourselves.

Carman Friend managed to sell my house very swiftly for which I was very grateful. I found everyone knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and received excellent communication throughout the process - a great team. I hadn’t realised I’d initially need to download and use an App which I found a little daunting at first (I’m in my 70s) but soon got to grips with using it. All in all a professional service - one which I’m happy to recommend.
