GoogleGareth and the team at Carman Friend were representing the vendors of our new house. They have a sound knowledge of the Chester area, and we have had a great experience working with them; always available to answer emails and calls even outside of normal working days and hours, which was often when we were most able to progress our move. We would look to work with them in the future....but not too soon....one move is enough for now!! Thanks Carman Friend!

GoogleFrom start to finish our experience of Carman Friend was second to none. We put our house up for sale very quickly, when I was 9 months pregnant, after seeing our dream home. We were guided by Gareth, Sami and the rest of the team throughout the whole process and they ensured it was stress free. They were able to recommend a mortgage broker & solicitors who also provided a perfect service. As a result, we were able to complete within a very short time frame. If we could give 10 stars we would but this still would not reflect the level of service we received. Thank you all so so much.

GoogleThey say selling & buying a home can be a stressful experience. We instructed Carman Friend to sell our house & it went under offer within a week after a day of block viewings. Most of our dealings were with Sami & Emma and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their knowledge of the market and the whole process from start to finish was second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to instruct an agent. All in all the whole team at Carman Friend are worthy of high praise for the service they provide.

I felt that there was a constant focus on the sale of the property, pushing the buyer when needed and giving me excellent feedback on the status and actions required to keep everything moving including pushing both solicitors to sort out issues. FacebookI would highly recommended Carmen Friend. Marianne Ball was professional,friendly and so helpful she put my mind at ease. Had a quick sale due to their marketing skills. Unfortunately my sale fell through and Marianne was reassuring and quickly organised an open house.Due to the quick action of the Carmen Friend team my house sold again and I could progress with the move. They were there for me every step of the way and I would have been lost without their invaluable knowledge and expertise. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. FacebookWe’ve just sold our house with Carmen Friend and cannot recommend themEnough. It was such a personal service from the start from Gareth, we couldn’t of asked for any more.Even when our buyer had to pull out, Gareth and the team made sure we had more viewings the next day... and it was sold again 4 days later. Therefore we did not miss out on the house we were purchasing. GoogleWe can't recommend Gareth and his team highly enough. They have made the house move as easy and stress free as it could have been. They have been prompt and responsive when required and kept us fully updated at every junction. We were lucky enough to sell our house in a week with them, and they helped secure the house we wanted as well. When there were some issues (as there are always going to be! ) Gareth was quick to sort and advise as necessary. Not planning on moving anytime soon - but if we were we would use Carmen Friend again without hesitation. Thank you very much - we love our new house!

FacebookGareth and his team have just sold a property for me in Upton having met with several estate agents and using a leading Chester estate agent previously to manage a letting for me in Chester who were utterly useless Gareth and his team stood head and shoulders above the other estate agents I met I cannot recommend Gareth and his team enough every promise he made he delivered on every time If i needed to contact him he was there it’s not very often you receive professionalism and personal service at the same time nowadays I was very impressed and pleased with Carman Friend from start to finish and don’t think it’s any coincidence that most of the Carman Friend for sale boards have sold on them Thank you for the professional friendly stress free service I received in you selling my property I cannot praise Gareth and his team highly enough first class service from start to finish thank you very much keep up the good work

We were very frustrated with our previous agents....and a friend recommended Carman Friend...we booked an appointment for Gareth to come round...and from the second he walked through the door we knew he was the man to deal with. He was very honest and made fantastic suggestions - and he was also very realistic right from the start. He was on the case the whole time our house was for sale, and was monitoring the traffic of internet viewings - this meant that he knew that one of the pictures was not as appealing as it could be and so he was straight out to take a fresh picture - the result was we had a new viewer within a week, and more importantly the viewer became our buyer! But the service didn't stop there! Gareth and the team did absolutely everything they could to get our sale over the line - they were truly amazing! I hope we don't ever move house again....but if we do Carman Friend will be our first (and only!) choice!!!

That is hand on heart Sami.From start to finish if we needed anything you were on the end of the phone ( all days and times ) and to calm me down when everything got stressful with the best advice and a plan.We bought our onward purchase from another local agent and I have only had communication with them once, even on completion day we were having to chase them and in the end ended up sorting the keys out with the owners.Your attention to detail on the pictures was brilliant when we went up for sale, even I wanted to buy my own house!There arn't enough words to describe how thankful I am to you and all your hard work and dedication.Promise I wont be moving again but I will the first person who shouts and raves about you to people who want to move.Thanks again,Emma x

Gareth has been astonishingly good at reaching out to potential buyers and getting great results in the form of 3 offers in the space of 5 weeks! His photography skills are fantastic and he really captured the best shots of my house. Also, what estate agent brings you costa coffee around at 10am before a house viewing?! Gareth does! You will find two exceptionally talented and just plain lovely people in Gareth and Sami and I wish them all the best for 2017. I wouldn't use any other agent having experienced their service. GoogleService second to non. From the very first meeting to the day of completion, Sammie was the best estate agent we have dealt with. She was always available and because you only deal with the same person and so does your buyer, there is never any cross information and no need for callbacks etc. I would highly recommend Carmen Friend, as after moving three times in the last two years whilst working on house projects they were the best estate agent we have dealt with and spoken to. GoogleWe recently used Carmen Friend who I was recommended to try, as we had an apartment to sell in Chester. I contacted Gareth and after initial conversation and market appraisal, we were more than happy to appoint Carmen Friend. Our apartment went live on the market and within 4 days we had our 1st viewing and this resulted in an acceptable offer being received, which was excellent for us as we were looking for a quick sale. We were kept fully informed as the sale proceeded and we are very happy to highly recommend Carmen Friend.
