His advice concerning the properties and presentation was observant and professional, which clearly reflected a sound knowledge of the local market. GoogleBrilliant! We met Gareth on our random 'let's view some houses' day and he was so down to earth and not one of these pushy salesman! He came across as really genuine and a nice guy which put us at ease as it was the first time we'd looked at houses!
We made an offer on the house, accepted and Sami was brilliant in helping us through everything for our first purchase! She chased solicitors when our own solicitors went silent and was a great help to us!
If we ever sell this house we'd be coming straight to Carman Friend to help us with it. They're approachable attitude and just being normal people is exactly what we wanted (Not pretending to be salesman and using sales language). 5 Stars, keep smashing it guys!
