FacebookMy husband and I have purchased a few houses in the past and have experienced a number of different estate agents. Hand on heart, we haven’t ever received such a professional experience as we have with Carman Friend. Sami in particular was efficient, on time for viewings and responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt that she was happy for us when we got the house and she’s genuinely interested to find out what we do with the place. It was all relatively stress free.If you’re looking for an estate agent who is efficient, truly cares, keeps you informed and is fully supportive then we would definitely recommend Carman Friend.

GoogleWe sold our house with Emma at CF and they couldn’t.have done a better job. We were out of the country but still the process was smooth and the house was sold at a great price in a few days. They guided us through the process including the right recommendations for solicitors and negotiation approach. Towards the end of the process Emma even had to manage other agents in the chain which allowed us to complete on time. Would recommend them to anyone and deserve the 5 star rating

GoogleAfter two house puchases falling through over the past 2 years, and a LOT of stress selling my partner's flat, we had come to the conclusion that all estate agents were the same; uncaring, uninterested, and at times incompetent. Until we purchased a home through Carman Friend - they proved us very wrong indeed. They were always available, responded quickly when we had queries or questions, and consistently kept us up to date, even if it was just to let us know that nothing had changed since the previous week. They were very proactive. It felt like they really cared, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. We are now very happy in our new home. People say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through, Emma and Sam took away a lot of the burden. If only more estate agents were like Carman Friend! Thank you for everything.

GoogleI chose to sell my house with Carman Friend and have been so impressed with the service they offer. They have always been so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. It's a very personable service which has worked very well around my work schedule. They communicate and update on the sale very often which was also fantastic. Would highly recommend - best estate agents in Chester! :)

Whilst being an emotional time , they have been very friendly and provided a very professional service, keeping us informed and up to date at all times. GoogleWe recently sold our property with Carmen Friend and without being dramatic I don’t think we could have done it without them. Obviously you need an estate agent to sell a house 😂 However they ended up being incredibly supportive during a very difficult sales process. We had to put the house on and off the market multiple times and each time the team couldn’t have been more understanding. Incredibly professional throughout the process, high attention to detail, knowledgeable and most importantly responsive. Not once did I have to say to my partner “have we heard back from Carmen Friend yet?” I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleWe would highly recommend Carman and Friend Estate agents. We recently bought our home through them and their service was excellent. Sami and Emma handled our case and went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept fully informed throughout the process. They also liaised with our mortgage brokers and solicitors and gave us regular reports which was amazing. We have dealt with several estate agents in Chester and they really are the best so far.
