GoogleEnded up losing a substantial amount of money due to them not communicating effectively with a vendor of a property and fail to realise the vendor had changed her mind about the sale of her property. This resulted in me losing money in the conveyancing process , which could have been avoided if one of them had answered her calls.
I’ve messaged you direct over this comment. Clearly we are sorry you feel this way! But you were kept updated at every point and the moment the seller made the tough call to us over the sale you were called straight away with no delay. I feel very disappointed some 7 months after the event you have now decided to make this comment! What happened could not be put down to us, but was a very tough situation the seller found herself in. At no point in the short period of time this sale was agreed were you never informed of any updates from us. Regards Gareth Friend
