GoogleI used Grimsby DDM to sell my house back in 2006 and didn’t hesitate to use them again in 2024. The housing market was really tricky with the cost of living crisis, but Doug and the team were always on hand with advice. Now my house has sold, Doug has kept me in the loop all the way. I would 100% recommend and use them again.

GoogleThe service is fantastic, DDM are always quick to respond to any problems and they are resolved swiftly. The team are approachable and friendly and keep to times when visiting the property for yearly viewings plus offer flexibility around work. They always consult you so you feel your rental is your home. Checks and updates that are required are kept up to date and you feel secure knowing that anything that requires assistance they are a phone call away. I would recommend renting properties from DDM’s.
