Josh was the first person we had communication with when he valued our house and his friendly attitude and helpful knowledge was enough to know we wanted to sell our house with DBRoberts. Since then everyone has been so helpful, especially Sam, Bria and Jay who we have had most contact with during the selling process. Cannot fault their great communication whether it was via email or over the phone, always providing updates as soon as any information was available. They showed commitment to booking in viewings around our availability, and didn’t fail to chase up those booked in for viewings and making offers. Selling our house turned out to be more stressful than we expected, especially after the offer was accepted. Things got a bit messy with delays and communication gaps between solicitors, but Jay honestly went above and beyond to keep things moving. He wasn’t just chasing our buyers and their solicitors, he was also keeping in touch with our solicitors and even updating our seller’s solicitor to make sure the whole chain stayed on track. Without his persistence and calm attitude, we are not sure it would have gone through as smoothly as it did in the end. Jay and his team were always available, always professional, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. We are really grateful for all the hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
