From all the agencies I have rented flats, this is the worst without a doubt. From hiding the landlord important things that he should’ve know, to treating the tenants really poorly, to not helping us and wanting to keep all the deposit (we claimed and after someone from outside the agency checked it we won the case) Biggest scam in a while

GoogleFALSEPENNY. Dont fall for the trap and waste your time. After being waited to move into the new property i booked we been told current tenant is not leaving. Beaware and dont pay them before you get the keys.
Dear Omkesh, I am truly sorry that you have suffered such bad luck with this property! Having spoken with the lettings team, my understanding is that the tenant who had originally served notice, changed their mind about leaving. These situations are rare, however do happen and there is very little that we can do. I understand that you were offered alternative accommodation and the holding deposit was returned to you without delay. Considering this, burdening us with a 1 star review is a bit unfair and I ask that you reconsider the negative review. GoogleHad a wonderful viewing with Sarah in Greenwich, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the flat that she was showing us around. She also gave us some excellent tips for the nearby area and was just an absolute pleasure to chat to. We asked to see the gym and she went above and beyond to get us to the right place for a look inside. Highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleI am a landlord residing in Hong Kong. Miss ana Apostu has taken over to look after my flat at Vertex Tower. She has been very helpful and thoroguh in following up with the move -in problems encountered and left behind by the former agent. She nicely introduced herself to me and the tenant and has taken intiatiave to follow up on the issues. In the recent incident when the tenant asked for a rent reduction claiming ; that the flat is in a bad condition, Ana has offered her advice and opinion that there is no reason for a rent reduction, she also took intitaive to do an inspection of the property and made report to help justify that the flat is in good conditiont; and she had made arrangments to fix up those items needed. I am very happy with her service and feel comfortable that she will help to follow up with the matters of the flat. yours faithfully, Eva LI Yee Wah
