I am not sure how they are for the landlords. We didn't have a choice in choosing them as our landlord just changed agencies.

Google31 Dec had an electrical fault in the fuse box which meant no boiler, fridge or freezer in use. Contacted Truepenny's on Saturday morning and Ana A went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Arranged an electrician to come out New Years eve and everything was sorted. Having had the misfortune to have previously dealt with a great number of very mediocre estate agents in London as a prospective tenant, it was very refreshing to be looked after by Truepenny's. GoogleI have used Truepenny's for all my sales since they first started and I have just sold another flat through them at the asking price. I do not use any other estate agents as I believe in working with the same team, have a laugh and get things done. I can recommend them and I rarely recommend anyone!
