GoogleI have moved to London, had a very difficult time finding residency as housing market is overheated. Eventually, I found a property, decided to move forward. Process was complex for foreigners. Yet, this location of Truepenny's managed to secure the deal and to close it. Meriem and all of its members were genuinely helpful; they really try to help you out. At the end of the day, they were one of the nicest people I met in Britain. Trust me, go here, you won't regret it.

GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny's. We had a major fire in our building and needed to find a place to rent so we approached Truepenny’s. It was a very stressful time for us - Sarah and Ana were absolutely brilliant, they were extremely friendly and communicative and they really helped us out. Ana and Sarah really went the extra mile and pushed the insurance company so that we could move in quicker and it made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend them strongly enough, they really go above and beyond.

GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny’s. Million thanks to Valencia Josephs who did a great job. She was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. She is also knowledgeable about the area and she shared with me some of her thoughts and opinions which I appreciated a lot. The process and handover went smoothly. Thanks to Valencia - she truly is an asset to the team. If ever I’d rent again, or buy a property in the area, I’ll go to Truepenny’s first, look for her and enquire. Every time I have concerns or queries, she helps me without hesitation. I remember an agent from a different letting agency in Petts Wood as I was expanding my flat hunt and our experience was unpleasant. Firstly, the agent broke the house key as he tried to open the door of the property, hence had to cancel the appointment and asked us to reschedule which was annoying as I was so busy, only to find out that he took us to the wrong property (I went to the right property but was told initially that it wasn’t the right one). Secondly, he had this vibe that he was not enjoying his job. He didn’t even care to show us around. We showed ourselves around the flat instead. Even if we liked one of the properties he showed us, we decided not to make an offer because we felt that he didn’t deserve to get some credit as we didnt feel valued as his client. Luckily, I did not experience the above with Valencia/Truepenny’s. Also, when we visited their office to submit our proof of ID/passports, everyone there was so nice and accommodating. As for Mariem, our property manager, every time I have queries, she attends to them promptly. I feel great about them so far. I know that I can trust them and that they will do everything to assist me because they value me. Thank you Truepennys Greenwich. Keep up the good work. I hope you continue to help prospective tenants or home owners to find their new home.

She was always professional, shared clear information, and kept the process moving with regular updates. Even though there were a few bumps along the way (for reasons out of her control), her support and follow-up made everything so much easier for us. She is simply excellent at her job, nothing is too much trouble and she replies and handles any queries straight away. I rented my first flat in UK flat with them and Valencia was superhelpful with covering all my questions during the process. (I believe that part of them was silly due to my unexperience). I would definetelly recommend Truepenny's for anyone who is looking for the property.

GoogleThey have been truly amazing! So helpful and patient in every aspect! I have had issues with previous letting agencies and was a bit worried about how it would be with Truepenny's but they have succeeded our expectations. GoogleFirst off they were advertising a studio for renting as 1 bedroom (no windows or doors, just a wall near the bed). They called me that the landlord is happy with my details and rushed me to sign the monies breakdown doc, so I signed it after I double checked the flat size was okay for me to work from home. Then there was a Christmas break and I didn't hear back from them for 7 days. After I attempted to reach them that I received the below message from them. Unfortunately the landlord has agreed to go with another offer as he understood that you were still continuing to look at other properties I was travelling so I emailed that I would like to take the flat, but I found it odd that they sent me a docusign form from the same address but only told me it's not available after a week from different email address. I don't recommend this agent to tenants.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to write a negative review about your experience with our Greenwich Branch. Your offer was ultimately declined by the landlord; however this was not due to our best efforts to try and secure it for you, I will briefly explain to clarify; The landlord was willing to accept the asking price to offer you made to rent the property when you first viewed it based on the information provided. You then advised that you were not ready to commit to proceeding further and requested to view the property a second time. Upon viewing the property for the second time you advised us that you would like to proceed to the next steps but that you also had one other property to view. We advised you that you would need to decide swiftly as there were other applicants interested in the property. However, we promptly sent you the initial monies breakdown document and requested that you pay an initial sum of one weeks rent to secure the property. Some 8 days after first viewing the property and three days after requesting it, we had still not received the requested one weeks rent from you to secure the property. In the meantime, another tenant put forward an offer that was acceptable to the landlord and paid one weeks holding deposit to secure it within a few hours of their viewing.
