GoogleWhile the lettings team are great (shout out to Antonia), be warned that the property managers (Denise Gallagher in particular) do not respond or deal with issues and do not carry out basic repairs around sewage which have serious health implications.

After that, we'd mainly dealt with Rahwa Tesfaldet as our Property Manager who was super helpful and communicative during the two years + living in the flat. GoogleI knew Joe for quite a long time. I lived in this community for nearly two years and want to move to a larger apartment this year. Joe helped me search at least 5 different apartments (itβs my bad to be so demanding π ). He was very patient and helpful. So glad to know him! The whole team are very supportive and can solve my problems in a timely manner.

GoogleI have always held Greenwich Peninsula Lettings in high regard for their quality service, but recent events have left me thoroughly disappointed. My previous experiences were positive, with Antonia and Joe providing excellent customer support. However, a sudden increase in rental costs and an alarming number of tenants leaving the properties have cast a shadow over their reputation. My dissatisfaction reached its peak when I realized that my deposit, amounting to Β£3000, was not returned after I checked out the property on May 23rd. Despite numerous emails and attempts to contact them, Greenwich Peninsula Lettings has chosen to ignore my requests and effectively ghost me. This lack of response and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I was forced to initiate a request for repayment through the tenancy deposit scheme a month ago. Shockingly, I have still not received any response from Greenwich Peninsula Lettings regarding this issue. This further demonstrates their disregard for their obligations and a lack of accountability.

GooglePopping by to share that Denise G from Greenwich Peninsula Sales and Lettings (Management) has been super helpful in navigating multiple issues with the flat and my landlord, who lived overseas. I rented the flat through Greenwich Peninsula, and even though the flat wasn't managed by them, Denise G provided invaluable support with clear and concise communication together with a willingness to resolve issues and a no nonsense attitude as her trademarks. She didn't have to do this, yet she did. And I can't thank her enough for it.

GoogleMy past two years at the Peninsula have been wonderful. I would like to express particular gratitude to Antonia who has been my support system throughout. From the first day viewing apartments, she has been extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is evident that she cares a great deal about prospective and existing tenants as her support has remained constant and reliable. Anyone who is lucky enough to work alongside Antonia, is sure to have a smooth and hassle-free experience with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings.

GoogleI've been in London for 7 years and this is THE WORST lettings agent I ever met. A guy called Ricardo lied to me during viewings about problems with the flat. He said everything is working fine and there are SO MANY PROBLEMS with these new flats. They look nice but none of them work practically. PLUS - he never told me there is a Β£30 fixed charge for heating - EVEN if you don't use any heating! (it is their responsibility to disclose such fees) AFTER SIGNING, they don't care about you anymore. Do not use them! I am only posting without my name because I know they will try to charge me for little scratches when check out the flat.

With regards to the Β£30 fixed heating charge, this would be something that you would need to take up with your heating and energy supplier as we are not involved in their pricing schedule. When it comes to your check-out, this will always be dealt with on a case by case basis and no unnecessary deductions will be made. Any deductions made would be those supported by third party evidence. GoogleCan not recommend Greenwich Peninsula Lettings enough. I sent an enquiry via Rightmove and 30 minutes later Joe called and spoke through several options and followed up with videos of each property (this kind of service is hard to come by these days!) He had answers to all of our questions and his knowledge of the upper riverside development is extensive to say the least. Joe arranged 3 viewings for us, and whilst viewing them a 4th came onto the market. Joe managed to get us into the 4th property an hour later and we put an offer in there and then. Referencing completed and contract was signed 4 days laterππΌ

GoogleI recently moved into an apartment in this lovely residential development where I truly enjoy living. I had an excellent experience with Antonia from the lettings team. I really appreciated her help, efficiency, and guidance in finding me the right place. I also found Loy to be extremely helpful in making the rental process as smooth and as easy as it could be. There are a lot of wonderful amenities at this great development, and the concierge staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
