I recently purchased an apartment at Greenwich Peninsula and have been impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. The Sales team (particularly Liam) have been very helpful throughout the process, guiding me through every stage with professionalism and genuine care. From the initial enquiry right through to completion, everything ran smoothly, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The team demonstrated excellent levels of co-operation and flexibility, always willing to accommodate my needs and work around my schedule. It is clear that they take great pride in delivering a first-class service, and that commitment was evident at every turn. Even when things didn't quite go to plan, they were focused on finding solutions which I appreciated. Equally impressive has been the aftercare I have received since moving in. The team have been proactive and attentive in dealing with any snagging issues, ensuring that everything was resolved quickly and to a very high standard. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile have made the post-completion period just as positive as the purchasing process itself. Beyond the service, the buildings themselves are truly exceptional, the communal amenities are excellent and the apartments are finished to a beautiful standard, with quality and attention to detail evident throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenwich Peninsula and its Sales team to anyone looking for a new home.

Antonia were an absolute gem to work with. She had the patience of a saint. She really got to know me and what I liked and suggested a number of of properties to suit me. She keep me constantly updated and always ensured that I did not feel pressured into making an offer on a property. I first worked with Antonia when I moved to the Peninsula 9 years ago and she looked after my contract for my first property. She made the process this time round even smoother and promised me I'd love the property I am currently renting. Once I was in touch with Antonia, I eliminated all other agencies I was working with and I solely focused on finding a property through her. Updated at every step of the way and she worked so quickly and efficiently. We had a really positive experience with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings and we are extremely satisfied with our flat. We were initially shown around by Joe Pinnington, who was excellent and really accommodating timing wise etc with viewings. Joe showed us around multiple units and gave us a tour of the building, without being pushy which was really appreciated. Our experience with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings has been so much better than any other Lettings Agency we have experienced in London - the moving in process was seamless and the team, particularly Natasha, were very responsive to all of our queries and kept us updated. Generally, everyone we have contacted at GPL has been helpful, friendly and professional. We have had no issues with our property and everything inside is finished to such a high spec, but we are confident that if there were any issues they would be rectified quickly. Antonia, Natasha and Maha are an absolute dream team! I’ve been living in this area for three years and have always rented with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings, but this was by far the smoothest and friendliest experience I’ve had. Antonia was an absolute pleasure to work with while we were searching for our new flat. She brought such positive energy to the whole process and really took the time to understand what we were looking for, including our different requirements. Every viewing with her was friendly, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable, while still being very professional. After we signed the contract, Natasha and Maha stepped in to help move everything forward and made the move-in process much easier. They were both lovely to deal with and very responsive. In particular, Maha has been my property manager for the past three years, and she has always been incredibly kind, responsive and willing to help whenever I’ve needed support. From the very beginning, Olivia was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time, kept us updated at every stage, and was always approachable whenever we had questions. she made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. I’d also like to add that Beatris Mihaes has been incredibly helpful during and after our move-in. She supported us throughout the moving process and, even after we had settled in, an unexpected issue came up. Beatris handled it quickly, professionally, and with great care, making what could have been a stressful situation very easy for us. I haven't been with Greenwich Peninsula for very long, but I just rented a studio with them. I am very grateful to Antonia and Natasha as they were highly responsive and helped me with any queries I had. I had to complete the entire referencing and move in process in a few days, and they were cheerful, lovely and supportive. Update: I am towards the end of my contract now and my experience has still been very positive with both the property manager Isaiah and Antonia, who was so kind that she even gave me advice about a property I was looking at moving into that was not manged by their agency. She checked up on me regularly to ask about my search and kept me updated about anything they had coming on the market. The best thing about Antonia is that she connects with you on a human level as well, not only as an agent :) if my path takes me back to renting in one of the flats they manage I would not have any hesitation

I sold my 1 bedroom flat through Greenwich Peninsula Sales. Joshua was amazing. He spent over 1 hour with me at our first meeting to check that I was clear I was doing the right thing, he also kept me informed and up to date all through the move. He often responded outside of office hours when we were waiting for updates, supported me with the paperwork when others didn't and visited on the day of the move. He's extremely professional and has a very calming way about him. My property sold very quickly and part of that I believe was down to Joshua and his attention to the sale.
