I recently became a first time home owner and cannot thank Kristina enough who was my first point of contact and helped me find my ideal property. I initially enquired about some properties which I had not realised were yet to be completed. Given my needs of not being able to wait, she offered me other options which were on the market and so we promptly arranged a viewing. Having seen other properties too in other places, one of these properties shown to me by Kristina became the one. Throughout the whole buying process, I was extremely well supported. Kristina would address any questions I had and was always quick to reply which was greatly appreciated especially once you get to experience how painfully slow conveyancers can be at this. I would also like to mention and express my gratitude to Josh who helped with the administrative side of things, chasing up conveyancers on both sides ensuring all was in order. Thanks to both of you for helping me secure my new home. I would highly recommend Greenwich Peninsula to any potential buyer as I am sure others in their team work in the same professional manner.

Absolute 10/10 experience with Antonia & Ricardo! The London rental market can be incredibly daunting & was proving to be highly stressful in finding a property that ticked our criteria for a reasonable budget. From the moment I contacted the team, the process of finding and securing a property was seamless. Ricardo was so generous with his time on a call to hear in detail about what myself & my partner were looking for to then provide suitable options. Such a welcome contrast compared to various other estate agents who just send across everything they have available which feels very overwhelming! The team were super flexible in organising a viewing for us with such short notice. Antonia offered such a warm and welcoming introduction to the area, with an incredible knowledge of the local area and facilities. Her honest advice and input for all of our many questions was invaluable for helping myself & my partner made a decision. The rental offer process was handled super speedily with clear instructions & full transparency about fees and terms. When we moved out (pre end of tenancy) Denise Gallagher was so helpful, she kept us in the loop and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. A recently rented out a flat with Greenwich Peninsula and Joe Pinnington and Loy Vi helped me out in ensuring the entire process was transparent and easy. Joe was available throughout the initial process of hunting down the apartment, looking at the specs, reviewing the peripherals and locking out the deal. I recently engaged with Greenwich Peninsula to find a rental property for me and two friends of mine, and I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. From our initial enquiry to moving into the flat, they made the entire process easy and smooth. Antonia, our estate agent, was fantastic. She took the time to show us around the flat, and all the amenities without rushing, and she knew a lot about the property and the surrounding area. Her knowledge and personal touch made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Loy, our Lettings Coordinator was always available during the pre move-in phase and made sure the property itself was handed over in excellent condition and, although there were a few minor issues, our property manager Isaiah efficiently sorted them out. It was great to see that they have multiple departments handling various aspects of the rental process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We remember our friendship with Greenwich Peninsula with warm feelings. From the first day of viewing the flat with Antonia to the "goodbye air kiss" when we left. We were very reluctant to leave our bright and cosy flat overlooking the Thames. But unfortunately, the circumstances turned out differently than we had planned. She took us on a tour of the area while we were viewing apartments and highlighted places to visit etc. She checked in on us after we took occupancy and has assisted following up with the landlord for repairs.
