GoogleWe lived at Greenwich Peninsula for 4.5 years and loved it. When we moved out (pre end of tenancy) Denise Gallagher was so helpful, she kept us in the loop and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She was very proactive and actually helped us get a new tenant in as to reduce our notice period which massively benefited both parties. Denise was always friendly, polite and we could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to help in any way she could.

GoogleA recently rented out a flat with Greenwich Peninsula and Joe Pinnington and Loy Vi helped me out in ensuring the entire process was transparent and easy. Joe was available throughout the initial process of hunting down the apartment, looking at the specs, reviewing the peripherals and locking out the deal. He knows the area really well and gave me an insight about how it would be to live here. Loy then assisted with all the admin and made it seamless. I'll highly recommend the agency and thank Joe and Loy for their assistance.

The building is well run, responsive, and consistently maintained. Aiden, our property manager, plays a key role in this experience through his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for residents. His approach has made living here smooth, pleasant, and easily the best experience we have had during our time in London.

GoogleI recently engaged with Greenwich Peninsula to find a rental property for me and two friends of mine, and I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. From our initial enquiry to moving into the flat, they made the entire process easy and smooth. Antonia, our estate agent, was fantastic. She took the time to show us around the flat, and all the amenities without rushing, and she knew a lot about the property and the surrounding area. Her knowledge and personal touch made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Loy, our Lettings Coordinator was always available during the pre move-in phase and made sure the property itself was handed over in excellent condition and, although there were a few minor issues, our property manager Isaiah efficiently sorted them out. It was great to see that they have multiple departments handling various aspects of the rental process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience with the agency so far. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property, especially if you value professionalism, and expertise. Thank you to the entire team!

Denise Gallagher has been extremely helpful in: 1/ Managing tenant rotation - I had two tenants with different needs and expectations, but the transition was smooth and with no complaints 2/ Promptly providing information during the sale process She also went beyond of what I would expect helping with sorting out an energy bill erroneously issued in my name by the energy provider. From start to finish, her attention to detail and genuine care for our needs was evident. Antonia went above and beyond to answer ALL of our questions, provided extra information and guided us through the process. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism is exceptional. Finding a new home may not easy however Antonia made it quite enjoyable and for that we are extremely grateful.

GoogleWhat a great experience I had with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings and “Antonia Lenham”. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. From the initial viewing to signing the lease, she was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns, especially during the initial Covid days when everything was so uncertain. I truly appreciate her support in finding the perfect flat overlooking the Thames river for me. Throughout the 3,5 years that I lived in the Upper Riverside buildings, I really enjoyed my lovely flat, the gym alternatives, all amenities around, the ease of commute and the riverside walks. I highly recommend this area and development to anyone who wants to live in a bright flat with a fantastic view. Thank you Antonia!

GoogleWe remember our friendship with Greenwich Peninsula with warm feelings. From the first day of viewing the flat with Antonia to the "goodbye air kiss" when we left. We were very reluctant to leave our bright and cosy flat overlooking the Thames. But unfortunately, the circumstances turned out differently than we had planned. We want to say a special thanks to property manager Sam Aldred. His professionalism, attention and kindness are valuable qualities! It is always a pleasure to communicate with such specialists. Also many thanks to Ricardo Rocha for his help and understanding of our situation. Greenwich Peninsula, you have beautiful flats in a great location. You have a great professional team! GoogleWe had a great experience finding a rental apartment with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings. Antonia was engaging and kept us up to date with availability within our specifications over several weeks. She provides 5 star service. I highly recommend working with Antonia, Ricardo, Loy and the GPL team. It is also a lovely area, close enough to access central London quickly whilst having the village feel of Greenwich close by with lots of fresh air. We look forward to moving in.

GoogleAs a first time buyer with no experience in the property market, I gained tremendous assistance from Stuart at Greenwich Peninsula. From the first correspondence we had through Rightmove to the final competition day, Stuart has been assisting and facilitating the whole process to ensure both sides were happy and clear with it. From working on the transaction with Greenwich Peninsula, I can tell the agents there are professional, experienced, and efficient. Would recommend them (and particularly Stuart) with any potential buyer!

GoogleAntonia is an amazing agent. She helped us find a flat that suited our needs and personality. She took us on a tour of the area while we were viewing apartments and highlighted places to visit etc. She checked in on us after we took occupancy and has assisted following up with the landlord for repairs. The agency is attentive and well run. Although some of the other people we have interacted with don't communicate as well as Antonia. We've had a really good experience and are very happy tenants.

GoogleI highly recommend the agency. I felt really welcomed and respectfully treated on every stage, from searching for a flat to renting and managing the flat. The given options of flats were always nice and exactly what we were interested in. Viewings were well organized and friendly. All clearly explained. Quick and clear responses for every enquiry. The flats we had viewings in were all worth their prices. Before moving into the flat, flat was well prepared, cleaned and inspected. I am happy renting flat in North Greenwich which is a beautiful area and to meet fantastic people working in the Agency. Especially I am thankful for Antonia who is really friendly with great attitude and so professional, Joe who I had one viewing with, Loy who was always so helpful, friendly and available and Denise who is considerate and well organized. In general I have such a nice experience with the Agency and no bad word to say.

We recently went through a renewal process and Denise was on top of everything, making sure we were kept in the loop and had everything we needed. And whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was always quick to respond and address them. But what really stands out to me is how well she manages our relations with regards to the property we are living in. She's always professional, friendly, and really knows her stuff. Overall, I'm thrilled with the experience we've had working with Denise and Greenwich Peninsula Team. If you're looking for someone who can help you with all your property management needs, I highly recommend giving Denise a call.

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of Antonia. She has been an absolute gem through out the whole process. Despite being up against a very competitive market she was dedicated to finding us a flat we love, her hard work and genuine care for her clients is admirable. Antonia's communication was more than we could ask for, touching base most days through WhatsApp where she was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We are so grateful to have had a letting agent that is honest, kind and positive. We'd highly recommend Antonia to anyone searching and we will more than happy to use her services again if needed.
