GoogleI would advise some inclusion and training about how not to discriminate against people of colour for Foxton in Greenwich - I was labelled as aggressive by one of the staff for no reason when I was interested in their services. Totally disrespectful and close minded.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I enquired about a property and received a call from Foxton's with a viewing arranged in less than 12 hours (other estate agents taking up to 4 days to respond). We had the pleasure of working with Eric Tarmulis. Not only extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly responsive, all queries and issues responded to and resolved within a matter of hours. Overall a fantastic experience, I'm hoping we'll have the opportunity to work with Foxton's in the future when the time comes to find a new property.

GoogleFantastic assistance! Rachel Bird and Harry Reid did a stellar job with my conveyance at times of Covid and in the difficult circumstances dictated by the new cladding regulations. Harry showed excellent mediation skills and thoroughly safeguarded my interests, while preserving some welcome care for the buyer. They were both extremely responsive and supportive, when things were difficult. For all these reasons, I have nothing but praise for both of them and the whole Team at the Greenwich Office. Many of them contributed to this success by showing the flat to possible buyers and they were all great, courteous and punctual. However, Harry and Rachel are directly praiseworthy for all their efforts and support. Spending a bit more money on a conveyance with Foxtons does pay and I would again and again highly recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had been having terribe luck trying to find somewhere to rent until I began working with Layla. She was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly - and just generally got things done! GoogleI used Foxtons Greenwich to sell my leasehold property in Deptford. They were incredibly helpful and they were always very responsive and supportive to me as a seller. Sam McCaig, in particular, helped us through the whole process after we accepted an offer and was constantly a source of support throughout. Selling a property isn't often easy, but he worked incredibly hard to make it as smooth as possible.

She tried to find places that best fitted my requirements and if a placed did not she would further search and see if the landlord would alter their acceptance. would recommend her as your real estate agent for sure!

GoogleFor many years now, Foxtons have helped me let my flat, with solid results. Divyesh Bhanderi, Greenwich Lettings Office manager is super professional, and I've now met him for several years. I know i can be transparent with him in terms of concerns or questions and he provides honest advice. He communicates well, replies on time, shares his thoughts, is not pushy or salesy, and knows how to build long term relationships by focusing on providing long term value. If you can deal directly with him you're on good hands.

GoogleFrom the first day I sent a request for viewing through right move, Alexander called me, booked viewing at a time that was convenient for me, took me around viewing properties. He would close late because books my viewings in the evening after work. I truly appreciate all he did for us.
