Sam M from Foxtons Greenwich has been the best estate agent we’ve worked with during our 6 month search for a home. He’s been generous with his time, not pushy with opinions and options, and even managed to accommodate us needing to do the entire negotiation with the seller in 24 hours due to travel plans. After helping us to agree the sale, he’s also been really proactive with getting the process moving. If you have a need for an estate agent in Greenwich, go to Sam.

I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the past year, but Sam McCaig has been by far the best! He has been cool, calm and collected and really listened to my requirements for the flat that I was looking for. Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

I had a superb experience working with Sam and Florence from Foxtons Greenwich Estate Agents! They were really on the ball with the status of the coveyancing and could provide regular updates on what was happening through the home purchase process. They also made sure that the overall process was progressing smoothly for myself which was absolutely super! Sam was also very very helpful and kept a look out on potential properties around the Greenwich area through the year as I was working with him, he was an absolute star to work with and I can't recommend him more as an estate agent to work with. Harry at Foxtons has been incredibly helpful in mine and my friend’s flat search. With a fairly vague brief from us (sorry!) and a short lead in time, he showed us some great properties and took the time to get to know what we wanted, checking in regularly. After an initial conversation, we were so grateful that he reserved an evening to show us flats in the area and give us more of an idea of what was within our budget / around the Greenwich area. I purchased my flat in Greenwich with Foxtons in October 2023 and Amy Curtis was the estate agent who worked with me during this time. Unlike other estate agents I had met in the past, she was incredibly prepared, responsive and supportive through the whole purchase process. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable and exactly what you need if you are a first time buyer and need good guidance. She was also very pleasant to work with which adds a nice touch especially as things do get stressful towards the end when there is time pressure.
