GoogleDO NOT USE - Scott, Eloise & Nick nearly lost the sale on this flat twice. Took 7 months to exchange & complete! This is despite agreeing to a 5 week close (vendor's condition of sale). Communication was terrible, leading to a failure to close 3 days before Xmas. A very stressful experience, particularly over the holidays. Clearly give themselves fake reviews. AVOID!

GoogleHafsa Meho and her manager are two of the most lovely and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across, and were both professional and patient in helping me find a property during these uncertain times. GoogleGreat service, friendly and professional staff! They took me from their office and showed three nice flat in a row. Explained all details one by one, fees, what can be done or not, etc. After I decided which flat I want to place an offer, top to bottom it took 1 hour to sign the contract. GoogleAs a landlord, I'm having really hard time dealing with Foxtons. It's really hard to get any response from them. Hired them to clean the house, it has not been done properly, the inventory check shows the property was dusty, nevertheless Foxtons refused to refund the payment. Having further more issues with returning deposit... I wish I never started dealing with them.

GoogleI’ve had good and bad experiences with Foxtons but if you ever get the “property manager” named Nina Stewart, you’re out of luck. How such a lazy, rude and disgusting person is allowed to have control of anything says a lot about this branch. Stay away from them, you’ve been warned
