I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleAdelle was very helpful. She did a really good job of understanding what we were looking for and picking properties for us to view which stood a good chance of being right. I think she only showed us about 5 before we saw what we wanted, and the purchase then went smoothly with her facilitation.

Due to their callback 4 weeks later, I managed somehow to get it and it took some time to secure it but, I all worked out in the end and I couldn't be more happy. GoogleJade has been super efficient and effective in finding reliable tenants for our 2-bedroom flat. She was very clear in her briefing re: tenant options, giving us sufficient confidence to make informed choice. Michelle and Richard who have been taking care of our property management are superb. They are very responsive regarding issues regarding the apartment, and provide sensible recommendations. I really appreciate their professional help.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleI used Foxtons in Woolwich to sell my 2 bed flat in Royal Artillery Quays. A great experience from start to finish: met with Rachel Bird who was reassuringly knowledgeable and gave me confidence in Foxtons capabilities, then spoke with the very helpful and informative Ptolemy Young and finally was looked after by Rohan Badbhagi, who went to every effort to keep the sale progressing and respectfully keep communications flowing. It was never going to be a straight forward process but it honestly could not have happened without them. Thank you!
