GoogleVery friendly and efficient. Rohan showed me around the properties, had all the information to hand, and much more besides, providing important insights into the area, the future of developments around Woolwich, and the flat as an investment opportunity. Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service, thank you Rohan!

GoogleWas pitched a place by Eric Tarmulis. Booked to view it later in the week. Traveled 1.5hours to the viewing and he never showed. Waited 30min outside the property. Called twice and emailed. Still waiting to hear back from the guy. Waste of time.

GoogleI've contacted them so many times to get a viewing, seems like they just don't care? I even went to see them in person at the office, the receptionist was nice and cordial in taking my details but saw all the employees giggling and faffing about.

DO NOT RENT through Foxtons. More than Β£600 "stolen" in unjustified deposit deductions. Really shady practices.

GoogleHaving lost faith in most agencies previously for the lack of professionalism and personal touch. I have called Faxonβs to advise me on my property search and stumbled across the Associate Director Eric from Foxtonβs Woolwich branch and he has simply restored my faith on the process. He has been very helpful from the get go, shared years of experience and made me understand and realise that I had to up my game as the competition is fierce out there. Following all his advises I understood I had to be more realistic to stand a better chance on securing what I want. Sometimes it isnβt just about pushing someone to any property, but making sure that we get what we want when the time is right. I will definitely look for Eric when I am back on the search and most definitely use Foxtonβs as it seems they have a great worth ethic.

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons has been amazing. Abiola Osagie, our agent, is an absolute star. We had a very difficult situation with our solicitors to the point that we were at risk of loosing the sell. Abiola played a key part in the liaison of all the parties involved and really helped to get things to a favourable conclusion for us. I will be forever grateful to Abiola. If you happen to find yourself at foxtons, I strongly suggest that you put yourself in her capable hands. She went above and beyond for us.

GoogleI recently had a fantastic experience dealing with Shadie from Foxtons Woolwich, who helped me find a perfect flat. Her extensive knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and dedication made the process efficient and targeted. She was excellent in communication (even for urgent requests on a Saturday), promptly addressing my inquiries and accommodating my timeline. Her negotiation skills ensured that my interests were well-represented in the lease agreement. Overall, I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a flat to rent in Royal Arsenal.

GoogleGreat service from Adelle and Foxtons Woolwich, very responsive and helped us navigate the sales process. I had listed with two estate agents previously and then Adelle took on the property and landed the sale very quickly above asking. Highly recommend, fees are higher but you get what you pay for.
