We moved to Woolwich this year. Since we moved, there has been trouble all the time. It is impossible to reach the agent, Titia barely answers back to our mails, if you are lucky you can get answer after 2-3 weeks! Renting a flat in the UK is just a trouble nothing else, especially when it comes together with such companies!

Friendly, prompt and honest advice. Foxtons really know Woolwich and Royal Arsenal better than anyone and they have the latest and best market data and trends ready to help their clients. Have used them numerous times for both lettings and sales - have had great experiences across both. On my most recent letting, they managed to agree a new tenancy within 48 hours of posting !! Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

Be careful of these guys. After my initial viewing, they insisted on driving around and showing extra properties that I wasn’t even interested in and by the time we finished, they left me in middle of nowhere to find my way back using public transport! It took me close to half an hour to reach back home. Should have remembered never to enter strangers’ car, as I was taught as a child.. the initial viewing was by walking distance from my current place
