I had a fantastic experience with Foxtons. Despite a challenging market, they secured a buyer for our property within just two weeks of listing. The team was highly organised, professional, and, most importantly, extremely responsive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. When you’re under pressure to sell and move things forward, that level of support and responsiveness makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Foxtons.

GoogleVery professional and reliable service, Foxtons in Woolwich is managing everything to do with our flat. I can only recommend them, especially when you don't live close. It's a totally worry-free service for your flat: finding tenants, change of tenants, any issues or legal requirements with the flat... Jade Martin is always there when help is needed, replying quickly and competently to every email and sorting everything out reliably and competently. Thank you!

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

He was so knowledgeable and not pushy, and quick to understand our preferences and scheduled us in very quickly. GoogleFirstly the bad.We rented our property via Foxton's. Fine. Pity accounts couldn't make 2+2=4 when it can to paying us the rent every month! We then put our flat up for sale via them.Would help if estimating didn't pick a figure out of the sky with no realistic expectation! Good news: Rachael Bird was on our case and informed us regularly of interest.Thought we could have got more people through the door. Good bad? Let's say they eventually got us a buyer and the sale was concluded last week.

GoogleAfter a different estate agents messed my partner and I around and pulled out 9 days before our move in date I rang Foxtons in Woolwich stating that I needed a place to live by the end of the month. Eric went above and beyond in helping my partner and I to secure a place. He booked us in for a viewing on a new property straight away and then 5 minutes later rang back saying that I could accept the property based on a video and he'd send over the paperwork immediately due to our difficult situation. Eric then went straight to the property and sent me a video of the property and all the paperwork. Eric even managed to get the landlords approval on my partner and I on the same day. All the paperwork was completed in less than a week. My partner and I can not thank Eric enough for his help and support in finding a place with such a short deadline.

GoogleI purchased an apartment that Foxtons Woolwich were advertising. My contact was Adelle and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. She was forthcoming, diligent, answered all of my questions promptly. Throughout the E2E process, Adelle was "on the ball" and assisting me in chasing all parties involved. Even though she wasn't representing me (as I was the buyer) it felt like we established great teamwork to arrive to completion within 8 weeks of having the offer accepted. I particularly appreciated the communication we both had. If anybody is looking to buy, I would highly recommend working with Adelle. Thanks for all your help Adelle!

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.
