GoogleWe bought our flat with Adelle Pepa at Foxtons in Woolwich and she was BRILLIANT. Really kept the momentum up throughout a very long deal and kept me updated every step of the way, even if it was just to tell me there was no news and she was still trying to get an update out of solicitors etc. Genuinely wouldn't have been able to do it without her!

GoogleFoxtons were the sellers estate agent, however the agent involved (Rohan) and his attentiveness, proactiveness and kindness to us during a very stressful period (first time buyers, crappy landlord) when we also got little to no updates from our solicitors was truly appreciated. Has changed my previous opinion of foxtons!

GoogleI had a very bad experience with Eric the manager over the phone. After a good viewing with his agent Dominyka regarding a property to rent, I had a call with Eric to discuss on the next step. The tone used was very much aggressive: " You should have already decided that you want the flat otherwise you are wasting our time and I can't present your profile to the landlord". This was actually the first property visited with a good interest to discuss further but it is not right being verbally pushed in this way. A prospect is a potential end client and this type of attitude is not professional or acceptable. Even more when the offer itself was not even yet presented to the landlord for review. Reading below comments on Google, it looks like I am not the only one!

GoogleWe bought a flat through foxtons and our agent was Abiola Osagie, and she was a literal superhero, she was on top of all parties, making sure the conveyance stuff was done correctly, and informing us of everything along the way. Our purchase happened 99.9% thanks to her and her constant help. Honestly if i could rate them more than 5 stars i would!
