GoogleUpon entering the Woolwich Arsenal office we were greeted by Shadie with a beautiful smile, she immediately accommodated our inquiries and within a week found us an apartment that suited our requirements. Excellent service and great professionalism.

GoogleExceedingly rude people at the Woolwich Branch by Tesco. Avoid if them, very arrogant and not nice people. They think they’re better than the people they’re selling too and are very inconsiderate. Just don’t deal with them

GoogleHad a viewing, the lady that showed us around clearly had no interest in showing the property, she either didn't want to be there or didnt want me to be there, gave impression that I'm not worthy of her time or something. Don't expect good customer service from here.

GoogleVery Snooty and unhelpful. Website gives the option for valuation as early as tomorrow however branch staff say they have no capacity for 2 weeks! Bunch of liars, just say you don't want to provide valuation.

GoogleShocking treatment shown to students during lockdown and unprecedented times! Always agree to their over inflated cleaning costs if you're renting from them because they'll question everything including dusting lightbulbs (!) and then take it from your deposit anyway!
