Hi.I want to share my experience with this agency it was worst I ever had they presented doing everything professionally promised everything gonna be fixed before I move in. put covers on completely rotten windows I couldn't see when I came for viewing asked to change them landlord refused and nothing done for 6 months nobody took responsibility.

We love the new house it is so amazing, the shower alone is worth the rent but coupled with the ample storage, open plan living and beautiful decor I feel spoilt. You were so patient and understanding with us and you made the whole process smooth and palatable, especially as we were both so emotionally charged at the time. Extremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.
