GoogleWe had been searching for a property for the best part of 3 months but were unable to find anywhere suitable. However, the agent at Foxtons, Sarala, managed to find us this lovely property in Greenwich (Union Wharf). We decided that we wanted it and she was very helpful in explaining what we needed to do and ensured that we got everything sorted on time. I Could not ask for anymore.

GoogleI was lucky to have Faruq backing me up for my first home purchase. He made sure I got my offer accepted and things went smoothly throughout the process with regular check-in. I saw the flat a couple of times and he shared his expertise with me too.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property that was advertised through Foxtons. Sam McCaig was the agent dealing with the sale and he was superb throughout. At various stages of the sale, the process stalled, predominantly due to solicitors not providing/following up on information. Time after time, Sam took charge of the situation and shuttled between the parties until the issue was resolved. We were delighted with Foxtons throughout and would certainly use them to sell our property when the time comes.

GoogleI wish I had read the real reviews on Foxtons and not the fake 5 stars they got on Google. We have been stuck with them for few weeks trying to rent out a property through them. The branch manager of the Blackheath office Tim Standing came and valued the property way over the prices in my area. I expressed my doubts and as every door to door sales man he started with his script, lying on how quick he would rent out our property and the million applicants he already had in the database ready to rent it. Once you sign the contract all applicants will disappear. After 3 weeks and only few viewings they have not been able to let my property, despite all the 5 stars feedback received on the property prensentation. We called Tim Standing to express our disappointment, and all of the sudden, we received an offer from an applicant, but after few hours it was pulled out, it was fake, just to throw smoke in our eyes, making us believe they were able to rent it out at that price. Tim Standing has lied to us in different occasions and has been caught red handed. We decided to remove the property from Foxtons and also in this circumstance, Tim showed his true nature. Not even a phone call to ask us why. Removing the property from Foxtons was the best choice as we managed to rent out our property privately in 1 viewing. Liars and Greedy!

GoogleI have to say my experience with Foxtons was a positive one. Marc was extremely helpful in relation to introducing me to the area which frankly I hadn't considered. Now that I'm in the process of completing I would like to think it will be a worthwhile acquisition.

GoogleMia from the Blackheath branch was amazing, she helped me find my first studio flat in the perfect location. I always used to live in shared accommodations and this is the first time I will be living on my own. So excited!! She is very professional and helpful, and communicates at every step of the process. I am very pleased with the whole experience!
