We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleI always though they are expensive but this time looking for rental properties I was amazed at how professional and organised our agent was. Sarah Kay was brilliant and I would recommend Foxtons to everyone after all the help we recieved. She was never pushy and eager to help. Patient about all our 5000 requests. GoogleStaying in a flat managed by foxtons Blackheath has truly been a nightmare. At the beginning of my tenency, I was told it would be fine to add a flatmate onto the lease (simple £50), but I’m now on the fifth month of trying to add my friend to the lease. My calls are never returned, my emails ignored. I’ve been told to fill out forms that didn’t exist. My friend is disabled and has lost their housing benefit due to foxton’s gross negligence. Thousands of pounds lost. For weeks I will call nearly everyday, but it’s so demoralizing sometimes I just give up and stop calling for a few days. In these times the process is completely stalled. Not once have they ever chased anything up without me begging. Please do not ever stay in a flat managed by foxtons and in particular avoid Harry Fox as a property manager. They seem to only have care for the wealthy landlord here. The tenant will be left to rot.

GoogleAfter a terrible 2 months of property searching, we managed to find Seamus. And what a gift he has been. Outstanding customer service and the patience of a saint. He went above and beyond of what was expected and helped us secure our property. Highly recommend him to assist you with your search, he made a very stressful time a lot more bearable for us, while providing excellent advice all the way through. If I could give more than the 5stars allowed, I most certainly would.

GoogleOur experience with this agency was very beautiful and most of all because of mister Seamus Tyrrell. He is a great person, who has a lot of professionalism, seriousness and punctuality. We were kindly surprised about his skills and impressed that no mattered the time, if we had some issues solving or completing something, he was always there to help us. He gave us all of the details about the property when we schedule to view it and we were impressed about his presentation when we saw the place. The landlords should hear him how nice and peaceful talks about their properties. We totally recommend him to all of the people that are in searching of renting a house, and also this company because they really want to help people before thinking of what benefits would the agency have. GoogleExtremely positive experience with Foxtons Blackheath - Hafsa , Mia and Aidan has shown a great deal of professionalism, care and excellent customer service. I am in an extremely urgent situation, I have only 1 week left before I need to return my current rented house. It was very stressful when my previous agent ruined all my plans…. After being disappointed with a previous company, we turned to Hafsa ,Mia and enjoyed a completely different experience. Unbelievable, very quickly she brought Mia to show me a wonderful property and the perfect location. After that, Hafsa's team completed all the procedures for me quickly, perfectly and very professionally. Honest, straightforward, excellent communication, trustworthy..they always keep in touch, communicate clearly with us, do not deceive us, work with us in a supportive and very safe manner in general. They went to great lengths to help me get our house on offer until completion. Fully showcase Foxtons Blackheath and the work of Hafsa,Mia and Aidan .
