Foxtons, Greenwich

I have had a great experience with Foxtons Greenwich as my letting agency. I’ve lived abroad with a significant time difference and Foxtons have managed the tenancy smoothly in my absence. Divyesh was my letting agent and helped me find tenants very efficiently with regular updates. Sarah has been a helpful and proactive point of contact as my tenancy manager.

Mia was my letting agent and she has been fantastic throughout the tenancy process. She was very prompt in arranging a viewing and incredibly helpful in guiding me through putting an offer forward. I had quite a few questions along the way, and she was always patient, kind, and clear in her responses. She also took the time to call a week before my move to confirm everything was in place for key collection, which I really appreciated. Her support has made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Nicolas is a fantastic agent

Nicolas is a fantastic agent, here is extremely tentative. Unlike most agents in the market now a days, he listened, he acted and he worked with my best interest in minds. I really wish there was more agents like him in the UK!

We had a great experience with Oram as our lettings negotiator. He was extremely responsive, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. Even on the same day we first spoke, he arranged a viewing and took the time to show us the property from the outside, as well as the neighbourhood, since we couldn’t access the house due to the current tenant. He later organised a quick second viewing so that we wouldn’t miss the opportunity, which we really appreciated. Overall, Oram was very helpful and made the process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive letting agent.

Working with BETH EVANS and JOE BURROWS was the best decision we've made as a first-time home buyers. Unlike most agents, Beth was very polite and informative when we viewed the flats. At later stages, for personal reasons we required to complete the deal earlier as agreed, and Beth made every effort to ensure that happens. Joe also provided any updates ASAP and as transparent as it can be so we won't be left waiting and wondering. They are what any homebuyers can ever hope for. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and happy every step of the way. Thank you for making our dream of homeownership a reality!

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel during our search for a flat to rent, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his support. He was incredibly dedicated, professional, and quick to understand exactly what we were looking for. Daniel consistently made himself available, even at times when we felt a bit guilty for how much we relied on him! His commitment and responsiveness made a real difference in what can often be a stressful process, and we truly appreciated having him by our side throughout. Thanks to Daniel, the experience was smooth and reassuring. We also want to highlight Foxtons as a whole for their professionalism and quality of service. We highly recommend both Daniel and Foxtons to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agency.

Five star review for Joe Burrows and Samantha Wilson. This was a very protracted sale and there were complications all the way through. Both Sam and Joe made sure they fully understood the issues and pushed the sale along. They really earned their fee on this one and I am very grateful to both of them.

The team at Foxtons in Blackheath were really supportive and flexible when it came to arranging viewings for our flat. They also gave us clear, helpful advice on the next steps in the moving process. Oram was especially great, his reassurance meant a lot and gave us real peace of mind.

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Although we ended up offering on a different property not with Foxtons, we wanted to give Joe a shout out. He showed us lots of places and was determined to knuckle down and find exactly what we wanted. He was extremely professional and had excellent communication. Thank you Joe.
