GoogleExperience with Foxtons has always been great. Have recently been working with Foxtons Blackheath branch (for last few weeks) and the overall experience has been great. Faruq Sadiq from the branch has been really very helpful and cooperative in all of the process so far. He has helped us very patiently with all the information we needed and accommodated viewing requests late in the evening. He was the clear pick-of-the-bunch from all of the agents we contacted in Blackheath, and made us feel like he was personally taking our search seriously. We ended up looking in a different area due to work but would 100% recommend this branch (and to ask for Seamus).

GoogleWe recently sold our house through the Foxtons Blackheath branch and in particular worked very closely with Sam and Emi. The service from start to finish was beyond 5*. From initially valuing our house and getting it on the market, to organising viewings and receiving offers to finally the move out process, Sam and Emi were both fantastic and made sure that we had all the information we needed every step of the way. We were initially a little weary of using Foxtons as our house is between Hither Green and Catford (so not next to the Blackheath office), however their huge range of people interested in viewing properties through them meant that we had lots of viewings arranged immediately and accepted an offer within a couple of weeks of it being on the market. Because of Sam and Emi the whole process was completely faultless, smooth and meant that we were able to move on and buy our dream home, we can't thank you enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

As a new comer here, it must be a stressful process for renting a house because of our language barrier, or unfamiliarity to the place, relevant rules and regulations. With Dennis's help in recommending suitable properties to us, explaining the whole renting process in detail, it definitely made the whole process less stressful. Sam kept on top of everything and didn't let a day go by without making sure things that could be moved on were moved on. He went way above and beyond the call of duty to support me on loads of things because I live far from the property - including on a Sunday morning when the rest of us are still in bed! GoogleI would like to especially thank Harrison for renting us our place. My partner found the place and it was a dream house for her. Harrison came in contact with us a day after we mentioned that we are interested in the property. He managed to arrange a viewing very quickly and got us the place within a few days. I cannot even begin to describe how fast and helpful he was even when he was not in the office and it wasn't his responsibility to reply to messages and emails after work but he still did because of how stressed we initially were with the process. The property is in a great location and is also very good for it's price, we were actually shocked. It was also cleaned and it looked like new. We thought that renting a house would be a huge hassle but Harrison made it feel like it was the easiest thing one could do. Would definitely do business again since we love the area and the office was nothing but professional. An overall great and stress-free experience. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons is dealing with Oram. He can be assessed on three Ps. 1) Punctuality he is always at the location on time every time. 2) Patience have had several viewing appointment with him he always maintained a very calm demeanor when showing yet another property. 3) Professionalism which may be last but not least, he is a true professional and must be a credit to Foxtons. It's because of me looking for something special, hence I'm still on the look out.
