I've moved out and the other tenant remained. The process was incredible difficult with no response from them and having to chase daily for reference and bills to be changed.Fast forward 6 months later, a bil that cam be changed only by them was never changed and I found out I might get in trouble for not paying.Even now I call they say will send a email to confirm things and they never do....I've never had this much trouble with any other estate agency

Unfortunately the employees that I've dealt with at Chase Evans under perform. The house I've been renting from has had a number of problems and it can take months, sometimes pushing a year, to get anything sorted. They ask for multiple of the same images of the issues, promise to send out contractors only to be cancelled the evening before as they haven't actually received/ asked for permission from the landlord.Not the most enjoyable customer experience sadly.

My experience with Chase Evans can only be described as a nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin?Upon moving into the property they managed, I was greeted with filth and neglect. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean the place before my arrival. Stained carpets, grimy kitchen items, and even a used, rusted toilet brush greeted me. Disgusted, I had to hire a cleaner to make the place livable. When I sought permission from the estate agent to dispose of these unsanitary items, they casually granted it without any acknowledgment of their responsibility for the state of the property.Fast forward to two months after moving out, and I'm still embroiled in a battle for my deposit. Despite providing my bank details as requested, I have yet to see a penny. To add insult to injury, the landlord, backed by the estate agent, is attempting to charge me for the very items I had to dispose of due to their negligence. Β£40.00 for dirty carpets, Β£30.00 for a used toilet brush, Β£30.00 for a flickering light, Β£30.00 for 'debris near toilet' and Β£20.00 for the filthy pots and pans I had permission from the landlord to bin. No receipts provided, these are arbitrary charges to steal my deposit.When I escalated my complaint to Danish Ashraf's manager, Muhammad Carr, I was met with dismissiveness and apathy. Instead of addressing my concerns, Carr urged me to simply pay up, claiming it was a "good deal."Save yourself the headache and avoid Chase Evans at all costs. Their disregard for basic cleanliness and their blatant attempts to swindle tenants out of their money make them utterly reprehensible. I wouldn't wish this ordeal upon anyone.
