TrustpilotFlat rental does not reflect videos/photos advertising property
We rented a furnished flat for our daughters on the basis of photos and a video showing very good state of the flat. ChaseEvans were very helpful during the signing procedure. However, the first time of biding the flat at moving in showed the flat was in a very poor state with stained mattresses, degraded box springs, broken furniture. Even though the ChsseEvans agent said bed should be replaced, the owner (HongKong) wanted to do no work and no replacements. Chase Evan’s did not do their job to rectify the situation

We recently had a contract renewal conducted by Senior Renewals coordinator, Kin Lee. Kin was proactive in reaching out well ahead of the contract expiration, and displayed his knowledge of the current market. We managed to negotiate a favourable outcome for both landlord and tenant. I have been dealing with Erica Lin at the end of my tenancy. She never missed a beat during the moving-out process in June. However, she's been playing cat and mouse with me about returning my deposit. She ignore my emails for weeks. As of today, I'm still waiting for a reply to my email sent on 15th August.I have not received any inventory report since I vacated the property in June 2024, Its 30th August today and still havent received my deposit.The excuse I've been given is: Landlord says I have damaged something but there is no inventory report given to me to prove that. I have benn asking for the report since the end of my tenancy. Still don't have it.
