I approached Chase Evans who is managing my flat to pursue the Building Management as I have not got the statement of account from them in Jan 2024. I have been doing so previously but to no avail and to make matter worse, they slapped me with penalty for late charges. Bidhan Rimal from Chase Evans helped me pursue them and finally after 10 months, the building management produced the statement of account. I am grateful for Bidhan who went the extra mile to follow up and pursue them. Without Bidhan’s help, I don’t know how this is going to end.

Its truly really hard to rate chase…Its truly really hard to rate chase evans as some of the staff are so lovely and will go out of their way to help you as a tenant, where others will favour the landlord and try their absolute best to scam you…I was super disappointed with Chase Evans by the end of our tenancy after they tried to take half our deposit for things that were clearly either there before or just natural wear and tear…My advice would be to make an itemised list of things that are wrong with the property when you move in, supported with photo’s to make sure you’re covered and they dont try and take your hard earned money.They love dropping a huge professional clean fee at the end of a tenancy also, they did this to me and some friends of mine… you will most likely have to get that back via my deposit but just do everything you possibly can to make sure they cant tell any lies about you!
