There was recently a fire in our flat, which caused the water heater to stop functioning. I want to thank our property manager Kimberly Fernandes from Chase Evans for following up with the landlord and making sure a new one is installed in just a few days with no follow-up being needed. Chase Evans in general are speak to, and work with.

GoogleTerrible letting agent. Slow replies, unhelpful staff, and very poor maintenance. Some issues I reported at the beginning of my tenancy were still not fixed nearly two years later. The deposit return process has also been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all.

Chase Evans is a professional company of Real estate agents, they helped me to rent the appartment in the past 7 years, and when I want to sell the appartment but don't know proper solicitor, they introduced the lawyer to me, who is as professional as Chase Evans themself.
