GoogleHad a great experience dealing with Ginny in a recent sale of a property in Dartford. Buyers were found and brought to the unit in a short period if time and sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Ginny also helped navigating the complex cladding issues

GoogleNever ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.

Abhijit has assisted me in renewing the existing tenancy of my flat in the Docklands. I like his style of negotiation throughout the whole process. He knows how to manage my expectation. He did not push for anything. At the end he gave me a pleasant surprise , a win win situation for both the tenant and the landlord and of course for him as well for having a job well done !

I've had my rental property managed by Chase Evans for almost 20 years and overall they provide a good service. Occasionally something goes a bit awry when changing staff at their end but overall I'm very happy. Most recently Molly Pariyanukul was extremely efficient in getting tenants to agree to renew at a higher rental.

GoogleChase Evans has been very helpful in the process of moving in to our apartment at Meranti House. Due to Covid-19 we were not able to view the apartment beforehand but we received a virtual tour and the apartment lived up to all our expectations once we got here. Especially thanks to Ahmad who has been extremely helpful and professional. He has done everything to accommodate our wishes and help with questions. GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Ginny Pattni handling the sale of our rental property and she did an excellent job in making sure that the sale went through. We live overseas and so we needed to rely on Ginny to make sure that the sale price was realistic and that the process went as smoothly as possible. Her advice on the sale price meant that we got a sale done in the timeframe we wanted and she was very good at liaising with the different parties involved and always keeping us up to date with timely feedback. We would definitely recommend using Ginny.

I was in contact with Kin Lee regarding the renewal of my tenancy. I had been experiencing issues with my fridge for several months, and it seemed like the property manager was reviewing the matter, but I wasn’t receiving any positive response. However, when Kin got involved, they handled the situation better.I explained my concerns to Kin , and hefollowed up effectively. We managed to reach a resolution, and he clearly understood the situation, especially since my decision about renewing the tenancy was related to the fridge issue. I also needed a letter, which he provided .Throughout the process, Kin communicated everything clearly in English and guided me very well with detailed updates. Compared to my previous experiences, this one was much smoother, easier to understand, and more respectful. His help made a significant difference.
