GoogleAs a renter, I had great experience of dealing with Ahmad as my agent. However, they have individual property managers (employed by Chase) who can be/been extremely rude and unprofessional dealing with me. Chanelle Da-Silva Laires is an example of that who made extreme delays to convey/resolve my problems with the landlord. I had no chairs to sit over a month for her negligence. Now, when I have given notice to terminate the contract, she (not anyone else from the agency) is forcing me to use and pay for her own recommended cleaners for “professional cleaning” who are charging 250 bucks for a small one bed (which is kept super clean and has been professionally cleaned every 2 weeks). She didnt agree to let my cleaners in after I leave the property and allow the cleaners to collect keys from dedicated concierge. How should a cleaner properly clean a property until I totally vacate? Such a unprofessional and unsupportive behaviour from her side. She is minimal in communication and does not show any interest to resolve the issues.
However, the wider team is very helpful. I suggest they ensure similar standards are maintained in regards to property managers from their side as well.
Please know this rating is not for Chase overall, but for their one unprofessional employee.
