GoogleWhile the lettings team are great (shout out to Antonia), be warned that the property managers (Denise Gallagher in particular) do not respond or deal with issues and do not carry out basic repairs around sewage which have serious health implications.

EDIT: it took them 6 YEARS to reply to this review! That speaks volumes. We moved into our brand-new apartment (sold by Greenwich Peninsula Ltd) in March this year and had nothing but problems ever since, including a person stuck in the bathroom because the lock was installed by using a random piece of plastic, a resident miraculously left unscathed by a cabinet falling on her, a leaking window, wrong doors installed, skirting boards coming off the wall, hot water and heating problems, water pressure problems, and many more. Good luck to all those who are thinking of buying a property from Greenwich Peninsula Ltd.

GoogleI had the pleasure of Antonia Lenham showing me around the Upper Peninsula buildings and facilities. Communications beforehand were exceptional - from when I requested info on Rightmove I was on the phone with Antonia within minutes, and had a wonderful introductory chat with lots of enthusiasm and helpful information leaving a great first impression. Antonia offers WhatsApp for communication and it's been a game changer for speeding up comms and decision making. Responses are prompt and reliable! Residents apparently also keep in touch with the landlord on WhatsApp so the experience won't end once you're in, it seems. The apartment viewing itself was outstanding and by far the best I've been on. Not only are the buildings and shared facilities lovely, but Antonia clearly has outstanding talent and passion for her job. A wonderful blend of professionalism, friendliness, rapport, knowledgeability and thoroughness. Nothing was too much effort for her, she was super gracious with her time and showed me so much across 5 buildings (as a resident you get access to all the buildings facilities). I honestly had to put zero effort into the viewing as she knew exactly what's important before I did, kept the conversation flowing throughout (something I'm terrible at - so thank you!), and came across as honest, trustworthy and likeable. She even introduced a number of the buildings staff along the way who were all just as cheery and friendly (shout out to the receptionists!). The apartments are on the expensive side and a lot of that is down to the location, but with everything else on offer - 4+ gyms with modern equipment, a heated indoor swimming pool with panoramic views over the O2, a sauna, indoor & outdoor sunbeds, on-site personal trainers and classes, a communal WFH space, privately-bookable and communal terraces, complimentary health & wellbeing events, 24hr concierge service, exceptional pre-sales experience, vibrant & passionate staff - you really are getting a premium experience that justifies the price. On top of that, the surrounding shops & entertainment...I mean it's the O2! You know it's good. The outlet shops saved me a couple hundred on clothes already, so that's something to factor in (depending on how restrained you are, I guess). Not often I can say this, but I had a lot of fun on the viewing and I'm buzzing with excitement for my future here. With my life going through a complete reset and coming out of a difficult and isolating long-term relationship, it means the world to have been made to feel so welcome and enthused for my next chapter in life.

Antonia Lenham assisted with the flat viewing, and she was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly professional, she meticulously showed me all the building's facilities and made the offer process exceptionally swift. GoogleI have always held Greenwich Peninsula Lettings in high regard for their quality service, but recent events have left me thoroughly disappointed. My previous experiences were positive, with Antonia and Joe providing excellent customer support. However, a sudden increase in rental costs and an alarming number of tenants leaving the properties have cast a shadow over their reputation. My dissatisfaction reached its peak when I realized that my deposit, amounting to £3000, was not returned after I checked out the property on May 23rd. Despite numerous emails and attempts to contact them, Greenwich Peninsula Lettings has chosen to ignore my requests and effectively ghost me. This lack of response and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I was forced to initiate a request for repayment through the tenancy deposit scheme a month ago. Shockingly, I have still not received any response from Greenwich Peninsula Lettings regarding this issue. This further demonstrates their disregard for their obligations and a lack of accountability.
