GoogleOn the sales side mainly dealt with Ignazio, very professional, accommodative, and quite importantly very genuine. Helped me a lot from start to end, answered queries promptly, arranged more than one viewing at request, and made the whole process a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

GoogleExcellent experience renting for 3 years at UR. Renewals and rent reviews were reasonable. Sam did a great job managing our tenancy and despite being hit with some deposit money for damages, I’m satisfied with the end result.

GoogleI recently moved into an apartment in this lovely residential development where I truly enjoy living. I had an excellent experience with Antonia from the lettings team. I really appreciated her help, efficiency, and guidance in finding me the right place. I also found Loy to be extremely helpful in making the rental process as smooth and as easy as it could be. There are a lot of wonderful amenities at this great development, and the concierge staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

GoogleUseless. No customer service in store or any follow-up as promised. Absolute waste of time. Went in to the office & since there was no immediate 'how can I help you' etc I had a look at adverts on the wall as I thought maybe the staff were busy but can only linger so long. When I went back to the front desk 1 member of staff had left & the other was reading a novel. She told me that she couldn't do anything & would take my details & pass them on for a follow on. Not heard anything since.

GoogleA great agency. It doesn’t happen often to be treated respectfully as a renter. Joe arranged two viewing for me, he was very considerate of what me and my husband we looking for, answered all the questions I had during and after the viewings, we appreciated it a lot. Antonia led us through the renting process and it went pretty smoothly, she was extremely helpful and considerate too. Overall, the best agency I worked with so far. Highly recommend. An exceptionally welcoming service. It’s nice feeling respected and appreciated as a client :)

GoogleTo put it simply, they have a great sales team, but terrible maintenance. The viewing and tenancy process was very straightforward, the sales team were very helpful and answered all my inquiries till the move-in date. I imagined I will have the same quality of service during my tenancy, and to be honest I didn’t expect to face major issues as the buildings are fairly new. Unfortunately, when I needed the maintenance guys, they rarely responded to emails or calls. When they respond, it’s not to fix but just to ask to wait further. It’s such a shame as it’s a beautiful apartment, but with this level of service I don’t think I’ll be renewing my tenancy.

GoogleWe had an amazing experience and lucky to have Antonia from Greenwich Peninsula lettings who did all she could to help us find our apartment which we love so much. The best person we could wish for. Professionalism, great attitude and warmth all with a smile and always available thank-you again Antonia. Highly recommended. Also mention out to Loy who is also very helpful at the office always responsive on emails. 🙂

All I can say is keep away flats are super hot falling apart service charges 65 pound a week for what I don't see them doing anything very loud wind at night that shakes your flat rang so many times and they like not doing keep your money go rent different place trust
