GoogleI found the on boarding process and communication is very professional and straightforward. No excessive paperwork, forms we're easy to follow and i didn't have to chase for update. The agent Ricardo, was specially exceptional with his reception, during the tour and explaining all the process and kept us updated without chasing him despite all the fight for spaces. He made the experience smooth and pleasant in a stressful time.

GoogleDo not rent with this company. They're incredibly professional on the front-side with a great sales team, and utterly incompetent at repairs, management, and check-out. I'm not sure they got anything right once we'd signed the contract, really quite an achievement.

I have found them to be a very professional, reliable and helpful business that has secured me a great tenant and taken all hassle away from me! GoogleI have several apartments for rent with different managing companies. Denise at Greenwich Peninsula is the best manager by far. Always has a solution that makes sense and actions things quickly. Sends pictures of repairs or issues. Great manager! I recommend!

I HIGHLY discourage going with Greenwich Peninsula. They only care about the money and do not sympathise with tenants. Communication is terrible with management. I do not recommend

GoogleDisgraceful practices regarding returning deposits. Ignore requests for maintenance and repair during tenancy and then fabricate issues and refuse to return full deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleRented a really fancy flat with Ricardo from Greenwich Peninsula, super cool guy! he answered all my question really quickly and even helped me get a better deal with the landlord. I have 2 dogs so it wasn't easy but he helped me with everything :D thank you!

GoogleWe have been working with Greenwish `peninsula for over 2 years now, and we are very happy with the services they have provided. they have found very good tenants for us and the house is kept in very good order. they do send us report regularly. we would like to recommend their services to anyone.
