Antonia were an absolute gem to work with. She had the patience of a saint. She really got to know me and what I liked and suggested a number of of properties to suit me. She keep me constantly updated and always ensured that I did not feel pressured into making an offer on a property. I first worked with Antonia when I moved to the Peninsula 9 years ago and she looked after my contract for my first property. She made the process this time round even smoother and promised me I'd love the property I am currently renting. Once I was in touch with Antonia, I eliminated all other agencies I was working with and I solely focused on finding a property through her. Updated at every step of the way and she worked so quickly and efficiently. We had a really positive experience with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings and we are extremely satisfied with our flat. We were initially shown around by Joe Pinnington, who was excellent and really accommodating timing wise etc with viewings. Joe showed us around multiple units and gave us a tour of the building, without being pushy which was really appreciated. Our experience with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings has been so much better than any other Lettings Agency we have experienced in London - the moving in process was seamless and the team, particularly Natasha, were very responsive to all of our queries and kept us updated. Generally, everyone we have contacted at GPL has been helpful, friendly and professional. We have had no issues with our property and everything inside is finished to such a high spec, but we are confident that if there were any issues they would be rectified quickly. Antonia, Natasha and Maha are an absolute dream team! I’ve been living in this area for three years and have always rented with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings, but this was by far the smoothest and friendliest experience I’ve had. Antonia was an absolute pleasure to work with while we were searching for our new flat. She brought such positive energy to the whole process and really took the time to understand what we were looking for, including our different requirements. Every viewing with her was friendly, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable, while still being very professional. After we signed the contract, Natasha and Maha stepped in to help move everything forward and made the move-in process much easier. They were both lovely to deal with and very responsive. In particular, Maha has been my property manager for the past three years, and she has always been incredibly kind, responsive and willing to help whenever I’ve needed support. We had a genuinely excellent experience with this agency from start to finish, and I wanted to give a special shout out to Fletcher Thorburn who was our main point of contact throughout the process. Fletcher was an absolute joy to work with - incredibly personable, professional and consistently supportive. He conducted our viewings, kept communication clear and timely at every stage and was always on hand with thoughtful advice and reassurance. As buyers who weren’t very familiar with the area, his knowledge was invaluable. He didn’t just talk us through the basics e.g. flat, buildings, finishings, but also shared insight into the wider area, from its history and future development plans to local recommendations. This really helped us feel confident in our decision. We completed just after the Xmas period, which can often be a challenging time due to reduced operating hours, but Fletcher made the whole process feel smooth and well managed despite this. I have been living in Cutter lane for a few years as it is one of the most beautiful areas in London and the Cutter lane buildings are exceptional well managed. I recently moved flats between Cutter Lane and Antonia was my sales and lettings agent for the new flat and I had the best agency service I have experienced in my life with Greenwich peninsula. Antonia was very friendly and did her best to help me in any way she could whether it was around moving-in dates or negotiating rent or arranging and sorting out keys for me as I was not even in the Country then! I haven't been with Greenwich Peninsula for very long, but I just rented a studio with them. I am very grateful to Antonia and Natasha as they were highly responsive and helped me with any queries I had. I had to complete the entire referencing and move in process in a few days, and they were cheerful, lovely and supportive. Update: I am towards the end of my contract now and my experience has still been very positive with both the property manager Isaiah and Antonia, who was so kind that she even gave me advice about a property I was looking at moving into that was not manged by their agency. She checked up on me regularly to ask about my search and kept me updated about anything they had coming on the market. The best thing about Antonia is that she connects with you on a human level as well, not only as an agent :) if my path takes me back to renting in one of the flats they manage I would not have any hesitation

I recently engaged with Greenwich Peninsula to find a rental property for me and two friends of mine, and I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. From our initial enquiry to moving into the flat, they made the entire process easy and smooth. Antonia, our estate agent, was fantastic. She took the time to show us around the flat, and all the amenities without rushing, and she knew a lot about the property and the surrounding area. Her knowledge and personal touch made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Loy, our Lettings Coordinator was always available during the pre move-in phase and made sure the property itself was handed over in excellent condition and, although there were a few minor issues, our property manager Isaiah efficiently sorted them out. It was great to see that they have multiple departments handling various aspects of the rental process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I recently became a first time home owner and cannot thank Kristina enough who was my first point of contact and helped me find my ideal property. I initially enquired about some properties which I had not realised were yet to be completed.
