I booked a little corporate event, and Jemma truly lived up to her name and was a true Jem out booking came with a few hurdles but Jemma made arrangements and sorted this all out. So much so that we didn’t want to leave after hours of fun! If there is one takeaway from this it’s people like Jemma who make event memorable and worth booking again, look forward to seeing you soon.

GoogleI never write reviews, but this felt like a must. So, it's August 2023 and I find a property on Right Move that I like. I was casually looking for a new apartment at the time because I wanted to move away from the DLR noise. I sent an enquiry on the website and I eventually get an email from Joe, the Lettings Consultant. His initial email didn't cause any especial impression. It was your typical info collection form in an email to get my requirements for a new rental property. Joe sent over a few apartments that I reviewed but they didn't feel like home for some reason, so I didn't even arrange for a viewing at the time. What struck me was that the conversation didn't stop there. A few weeks later, a new apartment that met my requirements became available, so Joe sent over a video to see if I would be interested in viewing it, and I actually was. Joe showed me round, but it didn't, again, feel like I wanted to live there when I saw it in person. Three more months down the line, and I'm still on the market for an apartment. And the same thing happens again: I reach out to Joe directly, we review my requirements, he sends over a few properties, and we meet to view them. We end up viewing 5! apartments in one day, and I finally find the one. If you've made it this far you've probably gathered that I'm a picky individual. Joe's patience with my requests where beyond what I'm used to in these scenarios, and I have been renting for 15 years all over EU. It's also things like helping me fill out the offer form at 8pm on a Wednesday, replying to my emails in 5 minutes, getting full visibility of the status of my offer, etc. that has set the whole experience of finding a new home with Joe and Loy (the Lettings Coordinator who's helped me with the rental agreement) on a level of its own -- you want these guys in your team 100% [Update] Fast-forward to January 2025, and I've not only moved into a new apartment within the same compound but have consistently experienced the same exceptional level of service that first impressed me. Denise Gallagher, in particular, has been outstanding in property management. Whether it was repainting a wall this past February, coordinating the replacement of my old mattress last summer, or most recently helping with a broken glass table in my new place, she's been incredibly responsive and efficient. What really stands out is the flexibility and understanding shown during my recent move. When I needed my cleaner to return to the property after check-out, Denise didn't hesitate to accommodate this request. It's this kind of practical, solution-focused approach that makes all the difference. After over a year with them, I can confidently say that my initial positive impression wasn't just beginner's luck. The fact that I chose to move into another apartment in the same compound speaks volumes about the quality of both the properties and the management team. From Joe's patience during the initial search to Loy's help with paperwork, and now Denise's exceptional property management, they've created a rental experience that it's in a league of its own. [Update #2] I'm now about to move abroad. After almost 2 years living in Greenwich Peninsula, I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences I've had in a rental apartment. I wanted to take the opportunity to give a big shoutout to my property manager Denise Gallagher. Always replying promptly to my emails and getting things done swiftly and professionally. A real gem. Thank you, Denise!

GoogleThe Lettings Team have been looking after our apartment since we bought it in 2019, handling multiple tenancies over that time. It's great that the team are on-site, it gives that little extra bit of reassurance. The whole team are always incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them and I'd like to shout out Denise Gallagher, in particular, who has made our life incredibly easy, as Landlords.

GoogleWe remember our friendship with Greenwich Peninsula with warm feelings. From the first day of viewing the flat with Antonia to the "goodbye air kiss" when we left. We were very reluctant to leave our bright and cosy flat overlooking the Thames. But unfortunately, the circumstances turned out differently than we had planned. We want to say a special thanks to property manager Sam Aldred. His professionalism, attention and kindness are valuable qualities! It is always a pleasure to communicate with such specialists. Also many thanks to Ricardo Rocha for his help and understanding of our situation. Greenwich Peninsula, you have beautiful flats in a great location. You have a great professional team! GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of Antonia. She has been an absolute gem through out the whole process. Despite being up against a very competitive market she was dedicated to finding us a flat we love, her hard work and genuine care for her clients is admirable. Antonia's communication was more than we could ask for, touching base most days through WhatsApp where she was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We are so grateful to have had a letting agent that is honest, kind and positive. We'd highly recommend Antonia to anyone searching and we will more than happy to use her services again if needed. GoogleAntonia is an amazing agent. She helped us find a flat that suited our needs and personality. She took us on a tour of the area while we were viewing apartments and highlighted places to visit etc. She checked in on us after we took occupancy and has assisted following up with the landlord for repairs. The agency is attentive and well run. Although some of the other people we have interacted with don't communicate as well as Antonia. We've had a really good experience and are very happy tenants.

We recently went through a renewal process and Denise was on top of everything, making sure we were kept in the loop and had everything we needed. And whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was always quick to respond and address them. But what really stands out to me is how well she manages our relations with regards to the property we are living in. She's always professional, friendly, and really knows her stuff. Overall, I'm thrilled with the experience we've had working with Denise and Greenwich Peninsula Team. I used to go a lot until they took me to court for over £300 pound parking fine for not entering the license plate correctly on their table (which I have done every single time over the years). The car wasn’t even mine and they put it in my name and sent all the letters to my old address. I couldn’t believe it was true! Now I try to spread the world not to go there they are predator looking for pray. I have been diligently advising everyone I come in contact with to avoid at all costs, hopefully I can lose them enough business to make it more than even. I work for USA biggest airline and I’ve make it my life mission to advise every passenger with golf clubs of alternatives!!! This will be my life purpose!!

Antonia was engaging and kept us up to date with availability within our specifications over several weeks. She provides 5 star service. I highly recommend working with Antonia, Ricardo, Loy and the GPL team. It is also a lovely area, close enough to access central London quickly whilst having the village feel of Greenwich close by with lots of fresh air. We look forward to moving in.

GoogleI highly recommend the agency. I felt really welcomed and respectfully treated on every stage, from searching for a flat to renting and managing the flat. The given options of flats were always nice and exactly what we were interested in. Viewings were well organized and friendly. All clearly explained. Quick and clear responses for every enquiry. The flats we had viewings in were all worth their prices. Before moving into the flat, flat was well prepared, cleaned and inspected. I am happy renting flat in North Greenwich which is a beautiful area and to meet fantastic people working in the Agency. Especially I am thankful for Antonia who is really friendly with great attitude and so professional, Joe who I had one viewing with, Loy who was always so helpful, friendly and available and Denise who is considerate and well organized. In general I have such a nice experience with the Agency and no bad word to say.

GoogleThis review is specifically for Loy (letting coordinator) for being so attentive, responsive and efficient when we had maintenance issues and requested a new mattress she quickly arranged with the landlord to have ours replaced and arranged immediate delivery. Her fast responses to emails and messages and getting the job done are what make our experience here best they can be Thank you Loy.

From the first correspondence we had through Rightmove to the final competition day, Stuart has been assisting and facilitating the whole process to ensure both sides were happy and clear with it. From working on the transaction with Greenwich Peninsula, I can tell the agents there are professional, experienced, and efficient. Would recommend them (and particularly Stuart) with any potential buyer!
