GoogleThe Greenwich Peninsula team looked after us and our flat for nearly 4 years. They were incredibly reactionary to any issues we had come across (and there weren't many), and were always lovely, polite and engaging.
When we moved out, they offered us to view other places they currently have available and also made sure that any viewings at our flat were kept to a minimum during times of covid.
I also wanted to leave a special thank you to Katie Grimwood, our property manager, who dealt with any requests with an incredibly positive can do attitude and always made time for the residents.
The property at the Greenwich Peninsula was spectacular, with beautiful views, overall finishings and great concierge service and amenities. Can't think of a nicer place to live!

GoogleWe recently moved in to B2 Upper Riverside in the Greenwich Peninsula. Antonia from the lettings team was brilliant to deal with, so helpful and efficient in finding us the perfect place.
Antonia went the extra mile to assure all of our boxes were ticked. Then assisted with the process of moving in which made it a very smooth transition.

GoogleFrom start to finish Greenwich Peninsula Sales and Lettings have been incredible. I was doing all of the move remotely from Newcastle so was very apprehensive as I wouldn't be able to view the properties easily or meet in person. My enquiry was followed up by Antonia Lenham who is such a credit to the company, from the get go she made sure to keep me informed, and even went on her day off to get some videos to send me so that I could 'virtually' see the property.
I think in this current climate especially the ability to not have to be there to view the property was a massive plus. Antonia was then consistent in updating me with room layouts, and was very professional. It eased my worries doing it on my own. The whole onboarding process was very straightforward. There was no excess paperwork, everything could be done via email. Greenwich Peninsula is certainly leading the way for how a modern day sales and lettings company should be.
Antonia was attentive, confident and certainly knew her properties and area she went above and beyond in ensuring that I wasn't out the loop and on the day the properties were released she was straight on the phone working hard to ensure I got the one I wanted. And then the transition to Naomi as property manager was just as smooth, Naomi ensured that even on move in day when there was a hiccup with keys she was again responsive via email and phone.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience and team. There was no hidden tactics, clear explanation about charges, costs and explanation of how things work. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and lack of furniture this has been dealt with well. Im sure there will things that come up which can't be anticipated but im confident that the team would handle well.

GoogleSpecial thanks to Hannah Porter who was on hand to take me through the process from start to finish. Everything was done in a professional manner and she worked hard to find solutions to problems which would have held up the purchase.
I would also like to thank other members of the team - Ignazio & Stuart who made it their responsibility to assist with the purchase in the absence of Hannah thus providing a seamless experience for me.

GoogleI have recently obtained a rental in Upper Riverside via Greenwich Peninsula Lettings, and couldnβt recommend Ricardo more highly as an agent. He was always helpful, patient and attentive to detail. He took the time to carefully assess my (many!) requirements and went out of his way to try and find the property which best met my spec.
Finding the right home can be a stressful endeavour but working with Ricardo certainly took a lot of the strain out of the process.

GoogleAs a buy to let investor I chose Greenwich Peninsula Lettings for finding me a tenant, and Richard and his team had a tenant for me before we even completed! The team were very friendly and professional. The star of the whole process for me was my lettings coordinator Cherrelle - her communication and attention to detail is second to none, she always kept me updated on every step, was really helpful with all the extra requests that I had and made sure that all the set up and check in for the tenant went smoothly. From day one, when I was looking for an apartment to rent, they were quick to respond, clear in their communication, and always eager to help.
